I booked a flight and someone from the help desk emailed multiple times asking to add travel insurance. I said no, we would have added this in the first place if we wanted to, and they responded "but this is a one time payment and covers all passengers"? No means no? Now they have moved to spamming my mother with phone calls as she is on vacation-- they called 4 times and sent a message making things seem urgent "This is regarding your booking XYZ"
This company is so unprofessional and such a hassle I genuinely do not know how they have overall high ratings.
