It would have been a 5 until 30 minutes after I got my booking confirmation, could see my information on Finnair and I get a sketchy call from someone stating that I bought mine too cheap and they had to charge me more!
This made me very uncomfortable! You claim to offer real time pricing but then I was told that they didn't accept the price. If that is the case, you should compensate. I followed my part and was unpleasantly surprised by this sketchy encounter.

We booked, paid and after few days we checked for the confirmation. Since we did not received one we got in touch with you and you mentioned our payment had declined which was not correct.

The ticket was advertised at $149. I then received a phone call to advise that the flight was full but I could book at an extra $30. I believe that is an unethical way of pricing tickets.
It was a good experience. Yet to see how things pan out however. Will update this with a good review if it turns out to be good
