Booking was done through aviasales using service of SmartFares, paid straight away. Confirmation for the booking came in a while and seem to be ok, on the site of the flight company the booking was seen as well, so looks ok at the beginning. Then when i tried to check in online it showed that booking is not available and flight was like next day. Reached support of the flight company and they said that the ticket was booked but company didnt confirm it and pay for it thus they cancelled it. From my end everything was done, so I reached support of SmartFares and the agent told me that yes due to the abcense of the fare which i paid for on the site i have to pay extra 250 (ticket was around same cost) on top of what was paid already to get on the plain. Same time i was checking the fares on the Emirates - the company which i was supposed to fly and same fare was available during whole period of my fight with the SmartFares. So I asked to cancel the ticket than as they didnt provide any service and trying to get me pay twice for nothing and not giving any guarantees - they said that based on the cancelation policy the refund sum will be less and not in full due to fee, question what fee as service havent been provided at all. So nothing done so far. It is a scammer service and already write to Aviasales to open the investigation and prevent such cases in future with other travelers.

Hola buenas tardes, efectivamente si recibí un correo confirmado que se había realizado la reserva; pero lo que no me queda claro, es saber si la compra se efectuara o tendré que esperar un plazo mayor para esa solicitud. Mi duda es que no entiendo porque tengo que reservar unos pasajes de avión si yo los quiero comprar. De que depende que la compra se pueda efectuar? Si me pudieran aclara mi duda lo agradecería ya que es primera vez que me sucede esto al querer comprar unos pasajes aéreos. Quedo atenta a sus comentarios. Gracias
