Great service and very reasonable price. But when I called to agent he was not able to give me cheaper price than online prices. I thought if I call I May get more discount. But I booked online and I got the best price. Thank you!
The reservation was confirmed and the tickets were issued quickly, and that's great. I had, however, paid about $80 for 4 checked bags and insurance on those bags, and those checked bags were ultimately not included in the reservation. From your website, it looked like they would be. I reached out to costumer service and I was told that that's up to the airline. The reservation summary suggests that adding those bags would cost 105 per bag, making the cost of the trip significantly higher. I did not expect this charge. Your website should be clearer on the fact that the $19.95 do not actually give you a right to any checked bags.

Paid for sear assignments. Turns out, it was not an option. The customer service did advise me that I am due a refund for seat assignments payments that I rendered. Other than than that every thing is tracking well.

The next day you will receive an email to call them immediately because they were unable to confirm your flight. When you call them back, they will try to sell you another flight at a much higher price. SCAM SCAM AVOID!

Answer: Yes. They stated because of flight increase they canceled my flights. Then they wanted me to pay a balance of what the new increase was. So disappointing. I paid for four fares. They took the funds from the bank n then canceled my flights.
