It's a great website for a newbie like me. I like to review websites a lot. I've just discovered this site for about a week ago. I've been reviewing websites for 2 months now and i find it very interesting. I've been to many different websites before, one of these review site is reviewsofwebsites.com. I like this site because it's just like reviewsofwebsites.com. A lot of people are posting reviews based on their personal experience. I think that's a very good basis to write an honest review.

Great concept.
1. Needs to spread internationally eg I live in Australia so I dealt with zazzle.com.au and liked the products but not their service. My review is under zazzle.com. I suppose that they are responsible eventually. My experience is that US websites vary widely in both their interest and level of support regarding business from/in Australia.
2. Needs iPhone App or mobile website
3. Needs "final draft" option for reviews to allow editing before publishing including option to save a few drafts for later completion. Something like Wikepedia offers but not quite that extensive.

I agree with Arthur D. It's interesting to see how many "Trusted Reviewers" review sitejabber and love it.

It's frustrating after so many comments on the forum post that Arthur D. Made reference to that no one who officially represents sitejabber has taken the time to add anything to the conversation.

I just got an email from sitejabber saying, "We want to see more of you!" Really?
You have a funny way of showing it. A little clarity on the process involved to achieve the "Trusted Reviewer" title would go a long way to demonstrate your commitment to an open web. I'm not asking you to reveal every aspect of your "algorithm", but even Google gives more information and direction about their algorithm than anyone from Sitejabber has given about theirs.

Sheesh..

You allow defamatory and outright fictitious reviews. So many of the reviews I've read on here with one star are written by the mentally unstable or angry bitter disgruntled people with a chip on their shoulder but NO REAL ISSUE. If a company cancels your order or refunds you, that's what they're supposed to do yet these people, who will NEVER be happy, come on here and write foaming at the mouth insanity. You all know these people. You've seen them at the returns desk at the mall. They are "The Bad Customer". Nothing will EVER make them happy and now they get to defame all they want and sitejabber allows it. No proof, no nothing.

I like you! You offer a place to express my shoppers feelings and experiences. I wish I had found you sooner as I would have not shop with a few of these site and saved my wallet (and brain) some heartache. I have been contacted by a site I gave a bad review. So your site is a tool as well. Not that the site is smart enough to change but they are reading and referring to sitejabber. CONGRATULATIONS! This is the one place real shoppers can get real information. I watched fake yelps and google reviews be posted in response to sitejabber. This tell me you are doing your job!
