They are great! I am the Customer Experience Manager at our company, and I worked with them for the last year. Indeed, they helped me to resolve many issues with our customers for this time. They get me in touch with our clients so that I can satisfy their requirements! Many of them returned even after bad reviews. Now I am capable of offering compensations for the inconvenience caused by our service. Also, they are pretty good at blocking fraud reviewers as our competitors use it again and again!

I don't write reviews much, but I do occasionally check Site Jabber before delving too deep into or registering on a website. One should always take reviews with a grain of salt and eventually make your own decision about websites, and Site Jabber is a fantastic place to start (since you can still ask friends, family, or facebook, etc what they think, too). Also beware of reviews with 5 stars with one line sentences like "This is the best website EVAR! <3 <3 <3 :) :) xoxo." You know, the spammy $#*!, because it's probably is (especially if so many other reviews are angry rants on why the website should burn in the seven hells). Happy reviewing!

This is another site that uses clever and not-so-clever techniques of deceiving suckers like me for their own benefit. People go to this site to find out the results of other peoples experience when using a site that they are considering. What better way than to hear it from someone who's actually experienced it?
How many realize that's not what you get at all. It's not true. It's a calculated use of misinformation with many layers of payoffs for this site at the user's expense.
This business uses a federal grant to fund this site which they represent as one that can be used to publicly review good sites and to report fraud, scams and complaints. They pay writers to create fake reviews to benefit businesses that pay them for that service. They will gladly pay the fine for violation(New York fined 19 companies $350,000 according to their disclaimer).
This sounds like a fraud, a scam, a conflict of interest, and is unethical, should be illegal, against SiteJabber's terms and warrants complaints to the FBI & FTC.
Then, they have the audacity to put this disclaimer on the bottom of the page:
"SiteJabber can be used to publicly review good online businesses, as well as report website fraud, scams and complaints. Online business fraud, scams & complaints can also be reported to the FBI & FTC. Reviews containing spam, promotion, or conflicts of interest are not tolerated and will be deleted immediately. Writing or paying for fake reviews is unethical, against SiteJabbers terms and is illegal in many jurisdictions. New Yorks Attorney General recently fined 19 companies $350,000 for violations associated with fake reviews."

I was scammed in the international dating industry at a site called Anastasiadate. I came here to post about my experience to warn men about using this horrible website. But now I have been told my review of Anastasiadate is not public. No one can see what I have written about my experience. They have hidden the review without telling me. And my friends from vk have come here and they can't see my review either. So sitejabber appears to be in collusion with Anastasiadate to hide negative reviews of the site. My experience is legitimate. Anastasiadate took thousands of dollars from me only to give me the experience of dating women who were paid to be at the site. I have complained to Sitejabber support twice. And I have received no response. They refuse to post the very damaging information that I have on this service. I am not the kind of man who complains easily. But this is a situation that could become dangerous for men who try to date overseas. I am going to post reviews of sitejabber in as many places as I can. This review service cannot be trusted.

I just came across this website while trying to file a complaint against PCH. I was very excited to see that this site checks out thousands apon thousands of businesses that you may or may not want some Honest Info. On. Ive already texted my daughter who has MS and told her about an article about Discounted Online Pharmacies, which listed both Pros and Cons. I believe this will be quite helpful to her, since she is on a fixed income. Ialso read a few other Articles that held my interest. Im very glad to have come acrossed this WEBPAGE and I am sure I will put it to great use in the future.
