This site is little more than a bash website. Negative reviews are published immediately, without even ensuring the review meets this website's own terms of service (specifically, removing personal information or not allowing personal attacks).

Positive reviews are held for up to 48 hours. The reason I was given? To ensure they meet the ToS of Sitejabber. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

This site also has awful reviews through the better business bureau. People, stick to the legitimate review sites for a business that has an app! Google Play store, Apple App store or the business's official Fan Page, if they have reviews turned on.

Proof!

On the site for Sitejabber's add-on browser extension, a word is mispelled "quesiton." Sitejabber's "contact us" provides email addresses and a real-world address. It would be helpful - people would not need to spend as much contacting Sitejabbers, if there were a message box on the Sitejabber page itself for instant communication about trival matters like mispellings. I like Sitejabber, but haven't visited it enough and used enough of its features to give it a proper rating. So I will let both ends meet in the middle until I am better informed.

Frustrating format

You recently sent me new password and said to log in and change it. No place could be found to make change. Also found site difficult to navagate and review any comments on my reviews or frankly anything. My feeling at this moment is frustration and a poopoo to youyou

Hi there. To change a password, log in and click the dropdown menu at the upper right of your screen, next to your name and profile picture. Select “Account Info” to update the password and make sure you hit “save changes”.

Sitejabber is a great site. It helps you know how places are before you use them. You can see and read other people's experience's. I know I have 20 reviews and hope I was able to help others. I love this site. Great job sitejabber. I will continue using this site for all my reviews as well as reading others. I would give them 10 STARS.

Not too familiar yet with this new site for me... so gave it a three star... would have went to a four star but the comment of "cool" was not relevant for me... also their header had a grammatical error... so need to be more on top of it's proofing... that's all for now!

Welcome to the Inception of reviews. I'm giving this website 2 stars. A quick review of reviews makes it clear at least 1/2 of the main users don't know how to Internet. That makes most of the reviews miscategorized (reviewing a pair of socks bought on Amazon instead of Amazon itself) and totally, if hilariously, useless.

I left a negative review for an online business that a family member and I had patronized in the past. The business owner responded very rudely. She then had personal friends (check her Facebook, they're there) and customers from her site who receive perks in exchange for positive reviews all converge on SiteJabber to give five star reviews to try to drown the two negative ones out. I pointed this fact out and SiteJabber immediately insisted that I either provide an order number or they would delete the review. It's been MONTHS since I placed an order with this company and even then I never got the item in question. It remained back ordered for weeks and weeks until the company cancelled it without contacting me, which was the whole point of the review. I immediately deleted anything in my inbox connected to the order (why would I keep it, it was cancelled!) but SiteJabber is so heavily biased toward the business that they're willing to pull a negative review because it effectively points out how unprofessionally her business is run. Says a lot about SiteJabber, doesn't it?

This site has started a good online business review. In which all fake company's such as Mouthshut etc can be revealed in-front of world. This sites founder has taken a very good step by launching this site. So, I strongly recommend sitejabber.com for all those who need it.

There was a time when Sitejabber did a good job of protecting the buying public. Now the site is full of fake reviews(easy to spot, 30 words or less, and always always 5 stars). If I can see that ALL the positive reviews are Fake, what happened to the responsibility of Sitejabber? I liked the site, but it looks like GREED has taken over at Sitejabber, and now the site will post anything, even when it's painfully obvious all the positive reviews are fake. Do not trust any of the positive reviews gere. Sitejabber seems to have afiliation with a lot of tbese scam sites and they let them write fake reviews to make people thing that the site is legit. I have seen many scam sites here which are well known around the world as scam sites but yet here they have a lot of positive reviews which are obvously written by employees of the scam site.
