I have only been using SiteJabber for a little while, but it has some really great information. I always try to find reviews on items before I purchase. This site has a VAST number of reviews on just about any item you can think of. This site has been a life saver on several occasions. They also have a handy feature that will allow you to comment on the reviews you read.
SiteJabber reviewers usually go into detail about location, cost, dependability and follow up service about a product. These reviews give you a much greater idea of how the company will treat you AFTER they have your hard earned money.
Just realize some of the reviews are not "real", but you can spot these very easily. Most of the fake ones are full of grammar errors and tend to repeat the same information. To give a detailed review it normally takes more than 1 line. Just saying a product or company is good or bad is not really a helpful review. Be especially watchful of the 5 star ratings that are only one line reviews, 99% of them are fake.

This is the worst kind of evil there is: Evil disguised as something good. A wolf in sheep's clothing.

When I first saw SiteJabber and started reviewing I thought it was different. I thought it was great. I thought it would improve the internet.

I've been proven wrong by finding lots of "spam" reviews that tilt and sway the stars to either side of a site's review ratings. It's fine if you follow certain reviewers who have proven their merit. But I now can't fully trust the overall rankings of webpages on the site.

After years of using the site: this is my last review. Farewell to the few decent reviewers out there. I will not participate in something like this. It's time for a better internet.

These 3 reviews are identical from 3 different users over the course of 3 years. They aren' t real.

...so, I change my rate and review. After I was ripped off by a Salon I found out that Sitejabber was the only one website that had published real reviews about that place.
After a few months I noticed a lot of people found on Sitejabber a place to express their frustration about the same salon. Until the salon found out and the good reviews turned up (made by the salon staff which is obvious because of their names) suddenly after 1 year with only 1 star rating they have 3 star, their obviously false good reviews are kept and the bad ones are being deleted. Well done Sitejabber, you made of this a business!! hope you you charged VGmedispa all the money they own to their victims!

This site gives you insight into the website or company you are visiting and the button for it is pretty helpful but there is one glaring mistake. I've seen reviews by people saying they hated a site, yet they had it under 5 star rating. Someone needs to be managing that because that is very misleading. It raises the average rating for a site that doesn't deserve so, and I suppose the same could be said for the opposite even though I have yet to see that. They are pretty fair with the reviews they allow you to give, yet again, some people write many reviews that aren't reviews and need to be taken down, so I suggest moderators should get busy on that. Those are only my suggestions on which I would raise my rating for this site.
The extension doesn't save your reviews to be shown on your profile or the site itself. EDIT: Just completely deleted an entire review I did for a competition site... terrible.

Their one and only review since they joined which I will at least say has been over a year. Notice they gave it a 5, but then read their review... not a 5 star review at all.

Great Service

This site gave me all the information I needed to make a wise decision on the purchase of a used car for a dealership. I found that the dealer wasn't giving me a good deal at all but just taking my used car off the top. I will now sell my car and purchase the car for a fair price.

I recently had a problem with stylewe and didn't know who to contact. Sitejabber immediately got involved and got me in contract with people that make decisions at the company. The stylewe company had compassion on me, and remade my order, then sent it to me. This would not have happened, if sitejabber had not been involved. Thank you

How they are deleting disable q&a isn't transparent (my answer were delete after some time, no information (but they were standing there for several days)).

My answer in some q_&a has been delete, i don't know why, the stand some days there, even some other answer link to my answer (they use my name in there answers). So now they stand answer where refer to none existing answer, because someone has delte it.

This website did in minutes or less what I was unable to do by phone at all. Apparently the websites of the world pay attention to the reviews created on this site in an acute sort of way. The reply and resolution of my complaint regarding recurring charges to my credit card after signing up for a trial offer was quick and complete after voicing my dissatisfaction with the service on sitejabber. I highly recommend the site to everyone. Check with it before engaging others online. Search from an informed position. It beats going in blind by a long shot.
