The glasses came quick, but i had to pay 14.00 for customs as they were shipped from the US. I thought this was a Canadian website. The duty was not mentioned in the purchase price.

Great Price on a Lacoste glasses, graduation came right as expected, customer service gave me constant feedback on my order status... would buy again from them for sure.
I couldnt post a review when prompted to as i bought these glasses for someone for christmas so i had only seen them when the gift was opened. He loved it! And it was exactly what i expected. Thank you for packaging it nicly. I always have a great experience on this website. I will continue to recommend this website, things on here are such a steal.
The sunglasses came very quickly. Faster than expected! Bought them for my fiancé for Christmas and they were perfect and fit great! I would recommend this company to anyone! Can't beat the great prices!

I have ordered Persol readers and sunglasses so far, both arrived pretty quickly, email notifications are good and accurate, products are definitely original in case that's of concern, I have just ordered another pair of sunglasses, Persol again and this time with prescription lenses, I don't have them yet but email notifications and confirmations have been received and accurate. I didn't know the glasses would be coming from Hong Kong but actually the ship time is less than some stateside online suppliers and service way better.
They communicated well when there was a delay in stocking of the item ordered and it came in earlier than they anticipated. They offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which was a fabulous display of customer service.
I tried on glasses while I was on vacation as I had the input of the Optician, and my Mother and sister. Normally it is just me and the Optician. Found lovely frames; all 3 agreed they were best. I got them from SmartBuy with a 2 year warranty for a fraction of the cost. Everyone loves them and except for having to return them if they get damaged (and remember the warranty) I can honestly say that they made a big difference in the cost of having to get new glasses. In generally i am pleased to shopping from your site.
But i got a problem because of the invoice... the amounth of the invoice was too less, so the product pause at the customs. Then i solved the problem with sending original invoice...
In conclution, i suggest you that dont write too less amounth on the invoice. Turkey Customs allows products which is cost of up to € 75... if the price pass €75, there is a tax problem..
Price was good and very fast service. Would buy from SmartBuyGlasses again.
