A Little long waiting time for collecting the order, good customer care, but the photos of glasses could be more detailed - leopard pattern earpieces of ones I've ordered were easy to miss (I thought those were all black), but the return went fast and without problems.
Even if there was a slight delay on my deliverance, I am very happy with SmartBuyGlasses. I was informed all the time about the delay and the frames arrived in iimmaculate condition.
I bought a polarize sunglass, it s a 55mm size, This is a rather big model.
The model himself is flat, but the glass himself are very good. The view is very clear and bright. I am a very happy to wear them. SUPER GLASS.
They were also very quick prepared, only the transport to my house toke 14 days this is very long, unhappily and sadly too late to use on my holiday.
I ordered at smartbuyglasses because of the interesting price. The delivery took ons week which was also what is mentioned on the site but I still hoped that it would Be faster.
I chose fast delivery, yet still it took over a week to arrive.
When I ordered the lens with my frame, I saw the brand name of the lens is ESSILOR. I consulted the customer service what brand of lens I would receive, and was replied if it hinted ESSILOR, then you will receive lens of ESSILOR. But when I got the glasses, I found the lens are very easily to be attached with dust. I went to a big glasses chain shop and was told that the ESSILOR lens are with a invisible mark and could be seen when the lens are with moisture. I breathe on the lens both inside and outside but found nothing. I doubt I bought a fake Essilor lens, and then doubt I bought fake GUCCI frame.

Just used this company for the third time. Multifocal contact lenses at half the price of the high street. Easy website and fast delivery within a week with tracking.
You have to quit the ads for Argentina, because it is something unreal for us, the custom rejected my package and won´t allow any package from Hong Kong. Please remov the ads, thank you.

The glasses are at argentina customs. I can't go to reclaimed them. Im waiting them to returned to honk kong. So I get my money back.

This is the worst website on planet earth and hope they get closed down. Seriously! I waited almost a month for them to tell me they haven't received my payment?! Which is impossible because you can't process a order without a payment! They take the payment instantly from your account. Over $150 purchase 2) they get my order completely wrong, completely different brand. 3) I wasn't able to speak to a supervisor the guy did NOTHING for me but to say he will call me back. Now I'm just hoping I even get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

More than a week AFTER ordering I received an email stating they were in stock and would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. A week AFTER that I received another email stating that they were NOT in stock now and would be weeks before they even got them. By the time I received these summer will be over. Lets just hope I get my refund in a more timely manner, as I will have to pay somebody else to get my needed sunglasses. Why do they bother to waist your time. If they don't have the glasses... don't advertise them for sale!

It has been so many days seen i have ordered. I dont understand why are they fooling people if they cannot deliver between 3-5days. I am going to a holiday on 25 th this month and the glasses have not arrived yet. Please Kindly deliver the product before 23rd

I really need these to work, live and feed my family, all I get is updates saying ''preparing for delivery'' and it has been a week plus now.
I dont know it shouldn't take this long and the communication should be a lot more clear, I have nothing and I am suffering.

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
