I bought my needed lens on site as usual. But the local customs made a lot of troubles and finally i couldnt got it from the DHL currier.
So smartglasses did back the payment more fastest that the products back to origin.

Ordered and paid then asked for ID which I sent and now the parcel appears to be lost cannot be tracked since Paris 2 weeks ago! Contacted the courier company who tell me they have never received the parcel to deliver. I've asked for a refund now several times as the parcel has obviously been lost but just getting the run around telling me that they have recalled the parcel and await until it is back in their warehouse until they refund me - ridiculous! My advice, go to a shop and buy over the counter and take your glasses away with you!
Ordering was easy. Ordered prescription sun glasses and they are great. Lenses are just perfect and stylish frames. Only slight minus for delivery, took nearly two weeks from dispatch.
Got glasses without sunglasses attached to the glasses, so I don't know what I should do with that. Should I glue them on the glasses my self? Also, one of the glasses were a crack in it. I returned it, and now 2 weeks later after they say they returned my money, I still haven't recieved my money on my account. Dont buy!
Kjøpte solbriller fra det som virker som en norsk side, så får man de fra utlandet. Fikk vanlige briller tilsendt MEF styrke og noen brune brilleglass med sprekk i ved siden av. Skal jeg lime de på selv, eller hva forventer de at man skal gjøre? Returnerte og den 28 juni sier de at de overførte penger, nå den 15 juli har jeg fortsatt ikke fått penger inn på kontoen min. Verste service noensinne!

I wait more than 20 days and send a mail. And finally they said they have delay. If i didn't send the mail than they won't send the mail to inform. And the website said its gonna take less than 14days. So wrong information. Don't believe this site.

The time from my order until the glasses were delivered at my door was rather long, almost four weeks. At least, I had hoped for more information during this period. However, the sunglasses were very clear, comfotable to wear, sporty and elegant. The sunglasses are worth five stars, but because of the delivery Igive four

Eyes are precious and irreplaceable, so it is highly recommended to have an eye test at least every 2 years to be sure of your own prescription.
