Had sling tv, then prices went up.
Most of the programing you are paying for are re runs for tv shows, that were on the air 40 or more years ago. Most shows I had seen originally and have seen the re-runs numberous times for free. Now these people want you to pay them to see them again? Bad programing. You are basically paying for what you saw for free years ago. They have a few shows, like CNN and FOX. But those shows aren't worth paying 40.00 just to watch them. I cancelled, but kept the free down load, but every time I turn on Sling, I have to go through a screen asking if I want to re prescribe. Tired of that. Going to unload the program all together.
Signed up for SlingTV approx 6pm. Tried for >30 mins, logged out/in of both ESPN & SlingTV. Even went to their "Help Center" where there was a notice that they were having technical issues. Gave up and went elsewhere to watch CFP games. Cancelled 6am this morning (12 hrs later) to be told that the stream eventually started at 7pm and I watched it. Obviously I did not since I wasn't home. And now I have service for the full month that I did not want.
Be very careful dealing with this company. I feel completely cheated. I made the mistake of signing up for 6 months believing the marketing that they had fantastic sports coverage. L even paid extra for the sports package. I was an idiot. The reality? I was twiddling my thumbs every weekend not BEING ABLE TO WATCH NFL FOOTBALL for either the 1 o'clock or the 4 o'clock game EVERY SUNDAY! Yes, can you imagine ANY service that doesn't carry either a 1pm or 4pm NFL game on sunday and has the gall to sell itself as big on sports coverage? And just try to contact customer service! Also, the navigation interface is so painful that you almost feel its not even worth watching tv. Think twice and then think again before giving this company a dime of your money.
My grandson and I decided to watch Willy Wonka on Sling. Everything was fine until the first advertising intermission. Sling showed DVD after DVD of adult titles. "Magic Mike", "Girls Trip", "Zoolander", etc.
Maybe Sling should look into matching their advertising with the content of the shows being watched!
I gotten Sling TV on December 25,2023 after ask to get it. When I had gotten it there were movies from decades ago past shows from 5+ years ago and I wanted to cancel immediately. Sling sucks! I Am Warning you all, do not get Sling TV! Get it at your own risk.

Sling tv free is the absolute WORST free movie site! Yes you can watch free movies. However you get 2-3 minutes of the movie, not even a whole scene before another "sling" break that lasts 3-4 minutes. Most definitely uninstalled the crappy app. I hope people see this and not waste their time on this channel.
Says WIFI is off(LIARS),if it's not on why can I go straight to Max, Hulu, Netflix etc and my brother is watching YOU TUBE in this room. It takes 15 minutes to get on and you repeat the same episodes in a row. One X-files repeated TWICE back to back. I have never got to watch the end of a show. Because it repeats. I'd rather pay 72$ for HULU. You guys suck!
Had sling for many years off and on...went to watch it and it says someone from overseas tried to sign in.then code 10- 1,code 403.etc...called and no one can help asked for $ prorated nope...they are scams and thieves...
Worthless. Free, and pay money. Waste of time and hard earned money. Two thumbs down then you make me check a box saying this is my honest opinion yes. Honest opinion is you suck as streaming service. Garbage! Unchecked the box at the bottom. Can't finish the review unless I click the button. You need a scape goat to click the box at the bottom! I purchased a "football" package shortly before the season started and I was very excited. I'm not so excited anymore. The programming inexplicably cuts out and after several seconds comes back on. This really interrupts your mood while watching a show. Furthermore, Sling intentionally cuts off at least ten seconds of their programming at every commercial break. Now that may not sound like much but a lot happens in the last ten seconds of a show, all so they can hit you with even more commercials. When I signed up nothing was mentioned about only receiving partial shows. In my book that's fraudulent. And to add insult to injury they will play a Sling commercial with no content for thirty seconds before they didn't sell enough time for actual commercials. For me, when it's time to renew, I will leave and never look back even if they fix everything.
You should be able to get your money back when you get use it only use it for 2 hours and never got to watch any football or anything on there so I think your pro your message in sucks you service sucks and I would recommend you to my worst enemy
I have to close out of sling and go back in 6 to as much as 10 times. Just to watch 1 hour of TV on Sling. Constantly freezing up or caught in a loop and it's not my WiFi. Sling is the only service I have to do this with. So pissed I payed for 5 months in advance and they will not allow me to cancel and get a refund for the worlds worst streaming service.
I have been using Sling for 5 years. Do not purchase. Recent updates have rendered service unreliable. Terrible customer service. I am switching service. Do not recommend you purchase.
The app is very bad. It stops and starts all the time. The customer service is nonexistent. No phone number to contact anyone. Too bad they have many great channels!
I pay for the Orange and Blue packages on Sling so we can watch NFL games but today I find I can't get them. I called & they said they are blacked out! What? Why? Isn't this why I pay to watch? The Cardinals game is on free TV but not on Sling! I have been able to watch all the games before but today no!
I asked about next week's games but they can't tell me if I will be able to see them. This is the whole reason I am paying for Sling. I used to do the Hulu live. They didn't show all the games but I got to see some.
I signed up for a 1st month $20 promotion and was charged $44. I immediately cancelled bc they didn't live up to $20 promotion or a refund. Just spoke with a rep after waiting a few days for an email response and they agreed with my issue but did nothing since it in the fine print. Sling Blade is a better name for this business. Buyer beware!
SATURDAY MORNING THEY TOOK IT UPON THEIR OWN TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY CARD LATE NIGHT. So after noticing my money had been stolen I tried searching for ways to contact this ratchet company. So by Monday I found a phone number and I called it and a ratchet lady began telling me " This is what sling does and it's just our way of getting money" I said so you steal money without authorization of the card holder? She proceeds to say " This is how we operate " I said I have not ever given anyone company over $9.99 for any movie app but you think it's ok to just steal from me I said to her you people are acclaimed thieves that seem to be proud of how you get money but you will not get away with stealing from me! She says adamantly and proudly that she basically was glad to be a part of such a ratchet workplace. And the wench even said have a good day. You know most companies have reduced themselves to lowering their standards and morals because lately most businesses and stores do not operate on quality standards it's like being in a battlefield when dealing with anyone or any place these days, everyone is out for whatever they can get even if it means they steal it or take it from you, so all of the few honest hardworking people that are left out here we must start being careful of who we're doing business with because it's getting real out here people no longer care how they get your money from you or if you get services that they took your money for. These companies are not asking for authorization they're stealing our money from our cards and basically telling us Forget you!
I paid my bill and the next day had no service I called 6 times and was told that they are allowed to take your money and not provide you service or a refund and they don't give you credit when the service loss was on their end what is that and there customer service representative suck they are nasty none of them speak English and they don't know what they are doing don't get sling actually everyone should get together and start a class action lawsuit against them and shut them down

The FCC just says We received your complaint and you should be hearing from SLING. What a joke! I am out $50.00, because SLING told me they were only taking major credit cards or the SLING cards. I purchased 2 $25.00 SLING cards to pay my $40.00 bill. The cards only come in $25.00 amounts. It would not take them. I called and called and got different CS agents. The cards would not go through. I got all kinds of reasons the cards were not working. I finally dropped SLING and went back to Spectrum. Something I vowed to never do. The day I called SLING to tell them I no longer wanted their service, and to tell them why I was unhappy the CS agent told me that the cards only work on the bill due date. Blah blah blah. I dontt know what happened with SLING. The service was great for a long time. Then they went to those stupid cards that would not work.
