I was attracted to the company based YT ads and emails I have received about cheap business class seats. Chad was a great customer rep, attentive and diligent in his follow up. However, the price is not as discounted as one would think, which is similar with other discounted airline companies. Additionally, they bait you with other products, like insurance and concierge which are all for fee, that jacks up the price higher than the airlines will offer.
We’re pleased to hear that Chad provided attentive and diligent service, including resolving the issue with the missing letter in the passenger’s last name.

Dime spent many hours, sent me many emails and made 12 made several phone calls communicating with me trying to find a reasonable business class trip. He was very honest and advised me well and I felt completely comfortable with his recommendations. He was able to get us a wonderful deal on two business class seats to New Zealand with a stopover in Fiji!
