Skylux recently helped me find a great business class flight option for an about 24-hour trip from the US East coast to Southasia. Everything worked out perfectly, and I will definitely use SkyLux again.
Having said this, the one caveat I would like to bring forward is that during the booking process, when the agent assisted me over the phone, I felt not well advised in clicking on the option for an extremely pricy but not really useful travel insurance offered by SkyLux. The conditions for this insurance, including cancellation/sign-up period were not clear to me, and neither was what services I had actually bought. This offering is something, Skylux could actually revisit. It stains the perception of an overall excellence experience.

Taking two 11 hour flights can get expensive, especially flying business, but the excellent agent Watson found flights on my preferred dates at a great price on my preferred airline. Very happy!

Great price for a trip that is less than a month away. Even though I can't "return" my airfare I was offered free insurance so that I can exchange my ticket if needed. This was not offered on Expedia or Priceline. I will always use Skylux for my international travel!
