A bit confusing with their web format but Moe smoothed out the wrinkles. A bit strange for a company asking for a tip for doing their job. Tipping is getting out of hand in USA! This is a prime example! However his assistance is professional & will use SkyLux again.

Kelleher patiently provided a number of flight options while we were working on how long to stay in France. Just visit Paris, or add other destinations. When we finally decided, he was able to get a new quote within minutes. Definitely a plus that you can cancel or change your plans for any reason using their trip insurance which added to the cost of the flight was still less than going direct through the airline.

She was very patience with me. I changed my mind about 5 or 6 times but she didn't get angry just stayed with me till I made up my mind to buy. No pressure just supporting me. Others put too much pressure on you and it becomes a turn off.
