This was my first trip booking with Skylix and first trip to Africa with my family of 4. Archie was very patient and answered all of my questions some of which may have seemed obvious. I would highly recommend Archie At Skylux.

My recent experience was not a positive one. They got my wife name on the tickets wrong. Instead of accept that they made a mistake they tried to convince me it will not be noticed when I travel. No way between TSA and airline will not notice. It is strict requirement that the name should match the passport. Finally it was corrected but it should not happen. No apology.

Overall very good experience except one. I do not like seats are not assigned when purchasing tickets.

Mario was extremely helpful and nice. I called, got some options, asked some questions, got wonderful guidance, picked our flights, and done. I compared to other websites and found the same prices. But Mario helped me with things I didn't know, like the seating arrangement on my flights and where it's quieter or more private. I'm very satisfied.
