So far, so good. Further rating dependent on delivery and condition of product on receipt.

Fed Ex delivery is substandard. We were home but package left on porch in the rain.

The product is good. The delivery time was long. Customer service fix the shipping and delivery issues. The calibration certificate that I purchased with the product was delivered in PDF (no objection) but after item was arrived.
