Very easy shopping. Great service. The only issue I've had is with the 5% discount that is offered (not always). On one occasion the website offered me a 5% immediate discount but it didn't get applied. I contacted customer service and they applied the discount immediately. Shipping costs are a high but that's not just a Skygeek issue! Skygeek provide great service and always have competitive prices in my experience.

The item that I had ordered came with a manufacturing flaw that rendered the item useless upon receipt. I contacted Customer Service the next morning and got a replacement item shipped out within the hour. I had an odd experience ordering next release charts close to the expiration date with my last order. The result was my order was being delayed until the NEXT cycle (almost 6 months away). I left a detailed message with my order hoping to prevent it this time. I received my order later than expected, but I don't know if that is due to normal order-processing time or because my detailed note prevented further delay. I hope I don't have to keep doing that from now on. I don't know if the system is fixed to prevent that problem from happening.
