I placed my order online. I added a comment saying that I needed the item to ship that day, UPS Red on our account number. I didn't have to call anyone to follow up on my order at all. It shipped that day, and was delivered the following day. Great overall experience.
When looking for a chart, the chart name should be the first word on the ordering line. Also, your final ordering page is too cluttery. Visually distracting to look at. Keep it simple.
This survey email did not say who you are. I order lots of items on the computer and I had to open this message to find out that the questioner was on some charts that I ordered. You really need to spend some time on your web site.
