Pretty basic, easy to use
I would like to know where the item is shipping from in order to determine level of shipping instructions, ground, overnight, etc...
I haven't received product yet because of my error. Contacted cust srv thru email and they fixed it & will ship out immediately.

Product shipped out quickly and shelf life was 80% or better.
Best Price I Found And In Stock. However would have appreciated some sort of tracking number to follow the order, as we have a somewhat distant mailbox from the house and don't like to leave items out there too long.

3 hoods that showed in stock took more than a week to be shipped. Your price wasn't that good after shipping to warrant purchasing anything from you again. I would have had them by now if u ordered from chief.
Wanted to thank Katie at extension 115 for her over and above service with our urgent need for our order. She saw that our order got processed and shipped out immediately! It was 4:45 EST when we completed our conversation and she still saw that the order got out the "same" day. Thanks, Katie.
Never heard of skygeek - found via google. Best price on part. However multiple problems with shipping: ordered 2nd day fedex on a Sunday night. Part didn't ship until Tuesday. Then part was shipped via UPS (they have delivery problems here which is why I prefer fedex) and was shipped ground. Customer service did try to help, however they do not stock the part and ship from a vendor so they have little control. When package finally did arrive 5 days late it was poorly packed and empty. Had to re-ship another via overnight. Total was 9 days and multiple phone calls to get a part ordered 2nd day because of a deadline. Good price. Good attempts from customer service. But because they don't stock/ship themselves the result is I had a customer down for over a week.
The pen works better than we tought it would. It has saved us time and energy that can be better spent elsewhere. Not impressed with the super wide tip. A "fine" version should be available to touch up rack marks left from platers. We are going to experiment with "tip modification" to see if that will give us the desired width without ruining the product itself.
If shipment is fast and i get a tracking no. Thats then very good
