SkyCoach in 2026... how are they doing? Are they legit? Is this a scam? Do they steal your money? Well, let me answer.
How are they doing? PHENOMENAL! | keep seeing them advertised everywhere. Either their marketing team or their algorithm specialist (or both) has been putting in work! And rightfully so! Are they legit? YES! 100%. I've now used them twice, and both times went super smooth. The 2nd time was even better than the first, as my PRO was already online and in-game. Is this a scam? NO! Read the info on the process.
Each game is different. So each process can vary. My first one took an hour, and I was a little antsy waiting. But understand time zones and what you're requesting and how you're requesting it to be delivered. That all matters. Do they steal your money? NO. Services are cheap, and you may even get a free gift. Or reward. Try and buy with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

Prior to purchasing the "Pruning the Princess" boost, I specifically asked * in customer service to confirm if the associated mount skin was included as part of the achievement. He assured me it was so I placed the order. However, upon completion of the service, the mount was not delivered to my account.

After follow-up discussions with both the booster and *, it has come to light that this achievement—and its reward of the mount skin—became unavailable following the Midnight Pre-patch.

The Issue at Hand:

Misinformation: I proceeded with this purchase based on explicit confirmation that the mount was obtainable.
Service Delivery: I was sold a boost for a reward that is no longer technically possible to acquire.
Resolution Attempt: While * offered to redo the boost, this does not solve the problem as the achievement itself is retired.

Given that the primary reason for my purchase cannot be fulfilled due to the patch update, I would like to know what options you can provide to rectify this situation.

Sold me a service that DOES NOT EXIST in game! Been one month and despite saying they would refund…I have the email…. They will not refund. Got an email today insisting I EXCHANGE! I have made it very very very clear I don't trust them and ONLY want a refund since what they sold is NOT POSSIBLE in game. Clearly they are wrong but will not refund me. Scammers all the way! Finally just doing a charge back! You will NOT get your money back even when they screw up. They even listed my order finished and complete when that is impossible since the activity they sold me doesn't even exist! See photo. Chat said no…it's not showing as finished! Told me this must have been another order. How? It's my ONLY order! Not an honest company. I enclosed a picture screenshot of the email in which they acknowledge giving me or needing to give me a refund, but want me to go in and get rid of my review. I refuse to do that because the review is of the actual experience I had when there was a problem. You can tell how good company is when there's a problem.

Order placed 8/14/2025 I have been a customer since Shadowlands and spent thousands with this company. That loyalty means nothing, because when I finally needed support they chose to mislead and exploit me. They sold me a service without disclosing that I would be forced to pay more after the initial purchase. When I asked for a refund, * tried to push store credit instead of returning my money. When I refused, they demanded my personal ID, a clear red flag for identity theft. They have now refused to issue any refund at all. This company is dishonest, predatory, and unsafe. Never trust them with your money or your information. Update: They offered again for me to pay more. This is extremely tone deaf. Update 8/16/2025: Simon joined the conversation, continuing their pressure tactics by insisting that "PROs are ready," despite my repeated requests for a refund. They have yet to initiate or process any refund. Instead of addressing the issue, their customer support representatives choose to argue, deflect, and stall rather than fulfill a straightforward refund request. This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and emblematic of predatory business practices. Update 8/17/2025: Their customer service has now gone completely silent. They refuse to acknowledge my refund request and have stopped responding altogether. This is not only unprofessional but shows a deliberate attempt to ignore and outlast customers rather than resolve issues. Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid nearly €150 to Skycoach.gg for two duo self-play services — one for myself and one for my friend. The service was explicitly confirmed in writing to be duo queue, with both of us playing together with the booster. Piloted was said to be optional. This process started on Saturday, and several days later, I still haven't received the service I paid for. After payment, they began trying to change the terms — offering piloted service, trying to split us up, and even pushing for additional charges for something they had already confirmed. I had to constantly push back and send chat screenshots to get them to acknowledge their own agreement. Worse, every time I contacted support, I had to start from scratch — re-explaining the issue, re-uploading the same screenshots, and once again "proving" I had paid for what I said I paid for. It's as if they had no internal communication whatsoever. Since then, it's been constant stalling, vague excuses, and "waiting for the PRO to accept" — all while they kept my money. No progress. No accountability. AVOID SKYCOACH.GG AT ALL COSTS
This goes beyond disorganization — it reflects a deliberate pattern of evasive, misleading behaviour. They take your money, attempt to shift the terms, delay endlessly, and make you constantly prove what you've already paid for. It's hard to interpret this as anything but a calculated strategy to exhaust customers into giving up. This kind of conduct is deeply unethical, and no one should have to fight this hard to receive a paid service. Spend your money elsewhere — this company has shown it cannot be trusted. As I write this, I am not only filing a formal dispute with my bank, but also submitting a consumer complaint to ECC France under EU cross-border consumer protection law. Once i completed the order they asked my ID with a picture of the order screen. That already seemed EXTREMLY sketchy but i did it (with blurring some information) Then they asked me to send a picture of me holding my ID with my face NEVER do this people! They might be a legit company but NEVER give anyone that personal data. They have no right to ask for this. Its even against the EU law. Under GDPR (Article 5 - Data Minimization & Purpose Limitation), companies can only collect necessary personal data for a legitimate reason. A first-time payment is NOT a valid reason to request an ID, let alone a selfie with your ID.

I had a terrible experience with Skycoach. Before making my purchase, I was promised that my order would be delivered within 30 minutes on the same day. However, after placing the order, I found out that there was no availability for my server, something the support agent failed to check before encouraging me to proceed.

Since then, I have been chasing responses for days, only to receive misleading or vague updates. At one point, I was even told that my order had been completed—when it clearly had not. The lack of professionalism and proper communication was beyond frustrating.

This has been the worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I requested a refund, and I hope they process it quickly, but I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

This is simply disgusting, everyone should know about this!
I've never ordered a boost before, I decided to try 07/09,18th key in wow, waited 5 days, 07/14 asked for a refund, I was so tired of the "we are looking", "soon team will be ready", "pay extra for express", you won't get it from me, not a penny! The rudest employees, who should not work in support at all, were refused a refund, and when I threatened a review, he said: "Sorry, it was an intern"... Disgusting

1/5, will never order again
