I spent over 400 EUR on Skycoach for a Brawl Stars boost from 6,000 to 11,250 points — confirmed in writing by their own support team. What followed was months of delays, broken promises, and complete disorganization. Here is the full story.
It started last season. I paid for a boost that was never completed. The booster stopped at 9,300 points and simply gave up. Instead of refunding me, Skycoach proposed to carry over the remaining funds to the next season and complete the order then. I accepted in good faith.
The new season started. A booster was assigned to my account and did not play a single game for nearly 2 weeks. Two weeks of wasted season time, zero progress, zero communication. When I finally raised the issue, Skycoach switched the booster — but by then critical time had already been lost.
When I contacted support to clarify the target, I spoke with four different agents and received three completely different target numbers: first 11,250, then 10,250, then 9,500. Their own team could not agree on what I had paid for.
To make it worse, their senior team member asked me to pay an additional $50 to reach 11,250 — directly contradicting another support agent who had confirmed in writing that no extra payment was needed for that range. An internal contradiction they never resolved.
After weeks of chasing them, the order was only partially completed (6,000 to 8,250). The remaining portion (8,250 to 11,250) was never delivered. No booster was ever assigned for the final part despite repeated urgent requests, and the season ended with zero progress on that portion.
I then sent a formal refund request to their accounting team with full documentation. No response for over 2 days.
For context: the same boost from 6,000 to 11,250 is available on competing platforms for less than half of what I paid. I was massively overcharged across two seasons for a service that was never fully delivered.
I now have a chargeback in progress with my bank and a formal complaint filed with the Cyprus Consumer Centre against Deval Ltd (HE *******), the company behind Skycoach.
If you are considering using Skycoach, save yourself the time, money and stress. Their boosters go inactive for weeks, their support cannot make decisions, their team contradicts itself internally, and their accounting team ignores formal refund requests. I have full documented evidence of everything described above.

I have had a really great experience with Skycoach. The app is easy to use and everything works smoothly from start to finish. The coaches are skilled friendly and professional and they really help you improve in your games.

The service is fast reliable and exactly as described. I especially liked the good communication and how easy it was to find the right coach for different games. You can tell that the people behind the app care about quality and customer satisfaction.

I would definitely recommend Skycoach to anyone who wants to improve rank up or get support in competitive games. Great experience overall and absolutely worth it.

Do not waste money on this website. It is fully a scam. There is nothing the "support team" can do if an order is wrong or never shows up. I have now been waiting 2 days for them to correct or refund me... turns out they have no way of refunding you. This is a scam and will be reported as fraud. Please help me spread the message. Use literally anybody else, and avoid skycoach gg by any means necessary. The pictures are over a course of two days being told " I'll check" or 'Ill speed them up"

The service was professional from start to finish. The representative was responsive, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My order was completed successfully, and communication was clear every step of the way.

The only area that could be improved is the Super Express option. I paid for expedited service but did not notice a significant difference in turnaround time compared to the standard option. Aside from that, everything was handled professionally, and the overall experience was positive.
