Do not waste money on this website. It is fully a scam. There is nothing the "support team" can do if an order is wrong or never shows up. I have now been waiting 2 days for them to correct or refund me... turns out they have no way of refunding you. This is a scam and will be reported as fraud. Please help me spread the message. Use literally anybody else, and avoid skycoach gg by any means necessary. The pictures are over a course of two days being told " I'll check" or 'Ill speed them up"

I've used this service multiple times and the quality of play itself is usually fine, but the time estimates and communication are consistently inaccurate. Every order shows an estimated completion time of 2–4 hours, yet in reality it almost always takes 10–12 hours. The delays usually happen because the assigned pro player steps away, starts much later than expected, or doesn't come online until an hour or two after I've already placed the order. By that point, I'm often already asleep. I understand that players are human and things come up, but if that's the case, the estimated delivery window needs to reflect reality, or there needs to be clear communication upfront when delays happen. Right now, the estimate feels misleading when the actual turnaround is consistently triple the stated time. I keep using the service because I like the results, but better transparency around scheduling and real-time communication would make a huge difference and set more realistic expectations for customers.

Order placed 8/14/2025 I have been a customer since Shadowlands and spent thousands with this company. That loyalty means nothing, because when I finally needed support they chose to mislead and exploit me. They sold me a service without disclosing that I would be forced to pay more after the initial purchase. When I asked for a refund, * tried to push store credit instead of returning my money. When I refused, they demanded my personal ID, a clear red flag for identity theft. They have now refused to issue any refund at all. This company is dishonest, predatory, and unsafe. Never trust them with your money or your information. Update: They offered again for me to pay more. This is extremely tone deaf. Update 8/16/2025: Simon joined the conversation, continuing their pressure tactics by insisting that "PROs are ready," despite my repeated requests for a refund. They have yet to initiate or process any refund. Instead of addressing the issue, their customer support representatives choose to argue, deflect, and stall rather than fulfill a straightforward refund request. This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and emblematic of predatory business practices. Update 8/17/2025: Their customer service has now gone completely silent. They refuse to acknowledge my refund request and have stopped responding altogether. I've ordered gold more than 5 times, and always get quick responses. Best to note that gold gets sent through the mail, but it always comes. I ordered a mythic plus carry week one just to see how It operates which was very clean. I'll continue to use their services and recommend these guys for their consistent service.

Service Delivery: I was sold a boost for a reward that is no longer technically possible to acquire. Resolution Attempt: While * offered to redo the boost, this does not solve the problem as the achievement itself is retired. Just had multiple runs with this service. Comms: Clear and upfront communication from the start. No guessing games, no silence — they let me know exactly what the plan was. The booster could not complete the boost in the agreed soon time frame. Kept lying and making excuses. So I just asked for a refund. It has been a nightmare. They keep telling me that a refund is no issue at all. But the. They just keep offering other services. It's been over 48 hours and they just keep offering me discount. More boosts. More discounts more boosts. After turning everything down they will say " let me check with my team about the refund". They rinse and repeat this constantly anything to just be a snake. I will probably never see the money again. But I guess that's mostly on me for using this piece of $#*! website. Lesson learned. I will never touch a site like this again

The pros are good players, the support answers fast, just the progress of the actual boost can be slow, some pros barely communicate, and when they do it's short one word responses. Still, definitely the best choice for me.

Sold me a service that DOES NOT EXIST in game! Been one month and despite saying they would refund…I have the email…. They will not refund. Got an email today insisting I EXCHANGE! I have made it very very very clear I don't trust them and ONLY want a refund since what they sold is NOT POSSIBLE in game. Clearly they are wrong but will not refund me. Scammers all the way! Finally just doing a charge back! You will NOT get your money back even when they screw up. They even listed my order finished and complete when that is impossible since the activity they sold me doesn't even exist! See photo. Chat said no…it's not showing as finished! Told me this must have been another order. How? It's my ONLY order! Not an honest company. I enclosed a picture screenshot of the email in which they acknowledge giving me or needing to give me a refund, but want me to go in and get rid of my review. I refuse to do that because the review is of the actual experience I had when there was a problem. You can tell how good company is when there's a problem.

The pro player who was assigned to me indicated that he needed another 1 to 2 hours to get everything set up. After 3 hours, I decided to send him a message myself to ask where he was. Then he didn't show up in the game, and I had to wait even longer. He also didn't have a microphone, which wasn't very convenient. In the end, it all worked out, but it took quite a long time.

Overall great system, you choose what you want to get and they deliver with super express delivery most of the times between 30-60 minutes. Would recommend to anyone if they dont want to grind the game so hard.

Establish my account in 2006. Never once had it been compromised. Hired Sky coach February of this year which led to a compromising of my account. They're Pro contacted me via their messaging system asking for access which is a normal way it happens. I granted them access. Within 12 hours of that access my account was compromised. The pro never once contacted me again asking me for access to my account to finish the job. Why? If they were not involved in the hack why would he not try to get access to my account again? Sky coaches never made contact with that Pro since this happened? Why? The job that they were hired for was never completed by the pro that they can only contact. They still deny any couple ability in what happened to my account. I lost every single thing I had in my account all the gold and all the materials I had to create Gear with and do other professions. They only agreed to give me a small amount of gold back if I deleted my post on another site. Pretty much though I'm unable to play and enjoy the game as I did before due to this happening..

I've used Skycoach three times now and each experience has been frustrating. Before placing the order, customer service promises a quick start time — but in reality, it's often taken over 24 hours just to get things going. Messages go unanswered for hours, which only adds to the frustration. Refunds aren't really refunds either — they'll only offer store credit and even then it's less than what you originally paid. On top of that, I've paid extra for self-play services, only to be told afterwards that it "needs to be piloted," which completely defeats the point. Based on my experience, I'd avoid and look elsewhere. There are definitely better services out there.

Part 1: The Original Issue (Bait-and-Switch) I placed a large order for D2R runes after support explicitly confirmed the price. Once they had my money, they claimed a "pricing error" and demanded more payment to fulfill the order. When I refused, they held my money hostage for an extraordinarily long time, refusing a refund and trying to force me into store credit. Part 2: The Refund and the Bribe After a massive delay and a lot of back-and-forth, they finally processed my refund. However, immediately after, their support agents reached out with a "gift." They offered me 4 free Jah runes on the condition that I revise or remove my negative review. They explicitly stated they wanted to see if we were "on the same side." Part 3: The Stalling Continues Even after I agreed to remove the review once the runes were delivered, they began stalling again. I was told the "senior staff" (who apparently only work EU hours) needed to approve it. It has been a constant cycle of "any word?" with no delivery. Conclusion: This company doesn't just have technical errors; they have a culture of dishonesty. They lure you in with low prices, demand more money later, and then try to buy your silence with in-game items to keep their rating high. Do not trust their 5-star reviews—they are likely bought through these exact same "cooperation" tactics. I have full screenshots of the bait-and-switch and the bribe attempt.
