When I placed my order, I was promised an up to 90 minute start time and 17 hour order completion time. Nearly TWO WEEKS LATER the order has yet to be started, not even attempted. The "PRO" they assigned constantly fails to communicate to even coordinate starting, and they admitted they're not even a gamer for the game I paid for but were brought over from a similar game because there's no boosters for what I paid for. The "pro" kept asking to start tomorrow, then 3 hrs later, then never replied, etc etc... Throughout all of this, SkyCoach support refused to offer me a refund, and eventually altogether stopped replying to me. They offered small incentives for my "inconvenience" which i declined every time, stating I only every wanted my order fulfilled. After over a week of demanding a refund with no response other than "We're waiting for a response from our team, so don't worry! I'll let you know as soon as I hear back!" i had to go to my bank to initiate a chargeback because not only would SkyCoach not fulfill (or even attempt) my order, they refused communications on refunding.
They tried offering me a change of my order (boosting) to an alternative item, but demanded i remove my review in exchange for it. When I told them i'd consider revising my review after the trade, they then withheld the agreement and offered a lower amount to bully me into accepting it and removing my review before they actually do something to rectify the situation.
Customer service is cool and the pro agent was top notch. Excellent company to do repeat business with

The pros are good players, the support answers fast, just the progress of the actual boost can be slow, some pros barely communicate, and when they do it's short one word responses. Still, definitely the best choice for me.
