I've used Skycoach three times now and each experience has been frustrating. Before placing the order, customer service promises a quick start time — but in reality, it's often taken over 24 hours just to get things going. Messages go unanswered for hours, which only adds to the frustration.

Refunds aren't really refunds either — they'll only offer store credit and even then it's less than what you originally paid. On top of that, I've paid extra for self-play services, only to be told afterwards that it "needs to be piloted," which completely defeats the point.

Based on my experience, I'd avoid and look elsewhere. There are definitely better services out there.

Establish my account in 2006. Never once had it been compromised. Hired Sky coach February of this year which led to a compromising of my account. They're Pro contacted me via their messaging system asking for access which is a normal way it happens. I granted them access. Within 12 hours of that access my account was compromised. The pro never once contacted me again asking me for access to my account to finish the job. Why? If they were not involved in the hack why would he not try to get access to my account again? Sky coaches never made contact with that Pro since this happened? Why? The job that they were hired for was never completed by the pro that they can only contact. They still deny any couple ability in what happened to my account. I lost every single thing I had in my account all the gold and all the materials I had to create Gear with and do other professions. They only agreed to give me a small amount of gold back if I deleted my post on another site. Pretty much though I'm unable to play and enjoy the game as I did before due to this happening..

I've used this service multiple times and the quality of play itself is usually fine, but the time estimates and communication are consistently inaccurate.

Every order shows an estimated completion time of 2–4 hours, yet in reality it almost always takes 10–12 hours. The delays usually happen because the assigned pro player steps away, starts much later than expected, or doesn't come online until an hour or two after I've already placed the order. By that point, I'm often already asleep.

I understand that players are human and things come up, but if that's the case, the estimated delivery window needs to reflect reality, or there needs to be clear communication upfront when delays happen. Right now, the estimate feels misleading when the actual turnaround is consistently triple the stated time.

I keep using the service because I like the results, but better transparency around scheduling and real-time communication would make a huge difference and set more realistic expectations for customers.
