I wish I would have done my research on this website before I ordered anything. I places an order a week and a half ago and have not received any notification my item has shipped. I have tried to get in contact with them and no one returns my messages. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Save yourself the aggravation don't waste your time nor money on there junk they made me wait 2 months to receive one of the 2 items I regret ordering as I had to wait another 2 months for the 2nd item & they couldn't even send me wut I order. Tis company should be shut down they take your money real quick but you play like hell trying to get it straighten out! Poor customer service & the items really ain't worth it for all the grieve that you will endure!
DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY ON THIS SHADY WEBSITE! After months of trying to get our missing order fixed and being run around from the web sight to the shipping company to the post office and wasting time and effort I'm just hoping to warn someone else before they make the same mistake we did.
Had a beautiful ring ordered for me and they said it was delivered
It never arrived
I called and emailed and the response i got was
Srry no refunds or replacements but order from our free giveaway ( which in general is 10$)
But no product same response POS COMPANY
Ordered a wallet in April they sent me a email 3 weeks after taking money out of my account to say they have none left even though it states that your item is shipped out 2-3 days after they take the money out of your account. I had a look on their page and done a mock order because it says it's still available and the funny part that is on sale. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Will be asking for my money back and will never shop with them again.
Do not order from this site, ordered months ago have not recieved $#*!, guess what karma will take run its course, mark my words.
Boyfriend ordered a shirt 3 months later still waiting. They admit in an email it wasnt shipped he asks for his money back and they say we will give u half your money back and finally ship the shirt. No I want all my money back now they say they wont give us our money back. This company has horrible customer service and are thief's dont use them.
I like a skull blanket throw. Was a nice pic of a velvet throw like for on your couch. Well after a long wait for my order to come in I was shocked. This THROW was the size of a thowel. It was like long like a throw but only about 20 inches wide. You can only cheat me one time I will not order from this site ever again.
I ordered a "free" item which apparently costed me $10 for "premium insured shipping". They never shipped it nor would they reimburse or provide me a copy of the receipt from shipping it (they claimed it was the shippers fault and that they lost it).
I'm tired of being told I have won something free only to pay $10 for shipping. You sick skull obsessed.
I had an excellent experience with this company. I recieved texts about shipping along the way and my ring set even came early. My finger isnt green after wearing it so I'm happy with what I got for free plus high priced shipping. Almost 10 dollars is not that bad of a set back for what I recieved.
I have ordered lots of items from them and it started out great... this last time I ordered 3 items, 2 packages came at different times... great no problem. I get a message on 11-14-18 saying that my package was delivered, I went to the mailbox and nothing. That same day I sent an email that I did not receive the item and have been getting the run around... now no reaponse at all. I'm calling my credit card company. They lost a good customer
Think the title says it all. I couldnt cancel an order i made the same day. They blatently ignored me for over a week then said im to late to cancel then i waited over a month for a free item i could have paid half for with free shipping in less than a week
So, I followed their page on Facebook and they messaged me that I had won something for "free".
So I checked out the site, I picked out which item it was that I wanted for "free" and then I proceeded to check out.
Shipping alone was $9.00 for the shirt I wanted, so it wasn't "free" to begin with.
I wait a month and I finally receive my shirt.
I open it and I'm very disappointed.
The shirt is made out of a thin, cheap material and the strings for the sides are like those cheap $1 ribbons you get from Walmart.
Now, to top it off, I ordered this shirt in a size 1x but it fits like a small.
I looked up the brand and It's from a seller on EBay that makes Chinese knock offs.
So, I could have just bought this shirt straight from eBay with the money I paid for shipping.
Do NOT shop from here, at lease not the clothes.
I've heard the rings are good, but I'm really not sure.
Just keep in mind that they are all cheap, chinese knock offs.
BUYER BEWARE!
Do not buy anything that they charge for more than $10!
