I wish I could give a 0 star review. I ordered a ring back in April and have yet to hear back from this company about the location of my package (currently 06/15/2020). I have emailed them numerous times about it and have only gotten one reply. I asked for a refund but they REFUSED to refund me. Do not order from this POS company.
After ordering a ring from them & getting a shipping window of 3-5 weeks I still have not received my purchase after 14 weeks. I wish I had read all the terrible reviews before I ordered. They flood your email & text messages with ads to buy more stuff but don't send what you've already ordered.
I ordered and created an account using my email. There was no issue with them processing my payment... actually fulfillingbthe order, however, is another story. Tons of spam email, but they magically don't have your email on file when you go to inquire about your order and emailing them only gets you more spam and no answers.
Ordered a shirt in March 3rd that still hasn't shipped (5/12) they suck! It's painfully obvious they don't have $#*! and order from a 3rd party as they get orders
After ordering a purse I saw these awful reviews and was worried. I emailed for status of my order and received a response with tracking within 24 hours. Purse arrived today and I have no issues with it. I have no complaints about the service or product.
I bought a ring over 3 months ago and never received it. I complained and they blocked me... I advise not to buy anything from them
Took them over a month for them to get me my money back when I wanted a refund right after placing my order,, I didn't get the discount they promised, the shipping was more than the three items and the free gift I "won" wasn't on the receipt. They totally forgot about me after they took my money and as of today I still haven't received my money when on the 17th of March I was told " no more than 5 business days" right! Been 5 business days and still no refund or return emails!

I ordered in December a hoodie for my wife they lied saying it would be here by Christmas and the tracking info when I finally got it in January said it was delivered to me and I'm yet to see it and when asked for my money back the email address is no good and now there website is no good so I learned my lesson with this place and will warn and tell everyone I know not to mess with these people
I ordered on the last week of December. This site is also called skull rigs. Got an email along with tracking on jan 10th saying my hoodie was shipped. I still have no hoodie. And now I cant get on to the tracking page. And now there website seems to be non existent and when I tried emailing them I got an email from gmail saying that the email address didnt exist. Complete scam! If I could I'd give these people negitive a millon stars!
I placed an order for some sweatshirts that had skulls on them. When they finally arrived. They had butterflies NOT skulls. The sizing is very small. The delivery time is ridiculous. I would never order from them again. Big mistake HUGE
I just want to say that I am very disappointed with my order. I understood it was to take some time to get here. But the delivery on it took so long. When I tried reaching out on my order, I was told the same day that someone would look into my order and get back to me as soon as possible. I went 6 days from the 2nd of this month without hearing anything. So I tried reaching out again and again. Finally on the 15th I heard back with a tracking number. Then I got my hoodie in today which was really fast delivery and I appreciated that. But when I tried on my 2XL sweater, it fit me like a medium would. I would be terrified to see how the small is. So I don't even get to wear it. Please save yourself and DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
I ordered something over 4 weeks ago and not only do I not have my order, I can't get any info on my order. I had to email 4 times before tracking was provided but even then it was not put into a link and no method of shipping was given. How do I track? I really wish I would have done better research and never ordered anything from them. I have asked for a refund twice and have just gotten these stock emails thanking me for the feedback. Not real people, total computer generated. I'm not even sure I'm going to get the item I ordered at this point. DO NOT order anything from this "company"! If I could give negative stars I would.
I ordered what they called a gothic butterfly tunic - it was to be a gift for my friend. It arrived nearly six weeks after the initial order, but it is not the item that they listed on their cheap $#*! site. They take so damn long to reply and when they do it's all fake apologies about the buyer's displeasure and a speedy refusal for a refund. I escalated the claim to PayPal, but those greedy $#*!s sided with the seller! I do NOT recommend this company to anyone! You'd be better off paying a few more bucks for something else or copying their (obviously stolen) designs yourself!
They sell cheap trash and don't stand behind the products. I bought a skull grinder and was led to believe it was all metal. WRONG! Much of it was plastic. The plastic parts arrived broken. I reported it to the shipper. They said they would look into it. That was weeks ago. Nothing. How does it feel to be thieves, taking money and not delivering what is expected THEN not making it right. I will NOT purchase from you again and will be sure to share my negative experience.

The whole company SUCKS... bad customer service, and the package that was "on time for delivery" for Saturday is still not here, AND my local post office has NO CLUE where it actually is... it stopped registering my tracking number for BOTH purchases. Then their "customer service" (I use the term loosely) told me "Be Patient"
I ordered a blanket from them and it was not what I orderd. I got a plushey towel. I'm so pissed. Never going to order from them agen.
Told me i have a free gift and then asked me to pay a small fortune in shipping i dont think so big big rip off dont buy and dont except free gifts you will be charged double the cost of the item for shipping
I ordered a bikini in January and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them several times and have been given every excuse imaginable. I have requested a refund but was assured my order was on its way... That was a month ago. I would highly recommend NEVER ordering from this site
Ive been waiting 5 months for my order, no correspondence, no answer to my inquiries no shipping info but they took my money the same day, someone is trying to start a lawsuit against them and Ive joined in but dont even know where this company is located, I think its china so they can pretty much do whatever they want to us, just spread the word and dont use this company
