Years. Placed a rather large order which I still have never gotten. I tried to get a refund but they stalled me for so long it was too late to get even the bank to help. These people r only going to steal ur info and you're money!

I paid for a ring almost a year ago. I have contacted them several times through email. I have been informed since I moved, and changed my address that it was delivered to my old address. There is nothing they can do, because it show's delivered. So I've been waiting 10 months for this ring. Now I'm being told I can't get my money back, and they can't resend a ring I never received. This is the worst customer service I've dealt with. I work in customer service, and the motto is always take care of the customer. Well apparently they don't care about their customer's here, and could care less that they killing their own business. I will never use this company again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I placed an order March 28,2021 for a total of $64.40. Pretty pricey for just two orders. The problem is that the HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. I wrote an email to the support team on April 13,2021, and HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN RESPONDED TO. Sending a simple email updating me on the status of my "order" would have sufficed. It shouldn't take this long. I bet this really is a scam.

I ordered an item from them almost a year ago that was suppose to come with a free item(just pay the shipping) mind you the free item fell apart almost immediately. The item I payed $45.00 never arrived. Eventually one of the 2 faces that have replied to me said they were out of that item so I picked aa replacement, which never arrived. I have had chaotic communication with these 2 faces by email. Now the item does not even list on their web site to track. I was told they are not responsible for shipping errors. I have requested a refund on about every correspondence. It has been a month now since my last communication, where they thanked me" for my understanding" I noticed the item claimed to be in stock again... NO REPLY. I only found them by chance when they offered free items(you pay shipping) The only things I have ever actually received from them fell apart immediately. My impressions of this "Company" is that they are 2 Grifters somewhere with web page knowledge that have connections to cheap merchandise online, that they hook you buy giving it away for free, just you pay the shipping that is like 3 times the actual shipping cost. They then gain your trust so that you will give them a big purchase that they have no way of fulfilling. Its sad, I really liked the things they claimed to sell.

The photo is literally 11 months after the purchase... almost a month later and 2 more attempts from me with this person to communicate about my order... NOTHING!

Recap. Shortly after a year of waiting I communicated with somebody there. Apologies were made and a replacement Item was sent for my order, which did arrive. The item was of moderate quality but hardly fulfilled the disappointment of waiting a year for what I did order, but effort was made I guess. Still would seriously not recommend shopping with them sadly.

I have ordered on the 11th, went back into the website it says it could not find my order. Send them a request on the 13th, no reply, send them another request to cancel the order and refund me on the 15th and still trying to get any reply from them. Do not order from this company. They do not respond, they have no customer service and they don't worry about you paying for something and then not responding.

I would never order from these people! My items took 2 months to get here and when they did get here it was asian sizes. But they don't tell you that it's asian sizes.

I've placed an order and paid on the 10thj Feb and, up to now, no news. Moreover, I received an email from them asking for a copy of my credit card with a picture (cloning?). I received a first email, confirming that they wewre processing the order and now I get no answers. Also, my email and order number no longer appear valid. I think I got schemed!

I ordered a shirt in July, 2020 ($27.00). Here it is, February, and still no shirt. I continue to email them, and some CSR named Cris emails me back saying:
"Hello Kristi,

Thank you for your reply. We will process and send the replacement."
Then, 4 months after placing the order, I get an email saying:
"Hi Kristi,

We regret to inform you that the BLUE XXXL is not available. Here are the available variants. Let us know which one works for you."
It was a different pattern shirt than what I wanted. This store is a joke. Don't let them take your money!
P.S. I don't usually write reviews for places, but people really need to know when they're being scammed.

I ordered a shirt for my husband when the package arrived it looks nothing like what I ordered, completely different shirt. Then they said I had 6 days then 6 hours to return it after having it for 2 weeks and I needed to provide tracking info. When I took it to Canada post to go back to China the tracking cost 88$. No way I was paying that. Sent it regular and now they tell me bcuz I didn't give them tracking that I don't get my money back or replacement. Now out of 100$

Items look nothing like pictures
Sizing is 3 times smaller than example if u order xlarge. Expect a small.
And over charge ya for shipping
