Many orders for food were wrong, delivery instructions wrong, and trying. To resolve the issues was difficult.

Also, dont work for these scammers. They sign you on like you will get work but it's just a scam to get you to buy their heat bags that are "non refundable" how convenient. You will be left with no work and stupid bags with no use.

Zero stars

The service works okay if you simply order something and receive it. However, if you every make a mistake in order time or need to cancel an order or require service of any kind, cause there's actually no one working there. There are no response to emails and the phone line is on infinite hold.

Never again

I have 3 instances where in skip the dishes messed my order up by missing an order. I told them and i was only given a refund once on that 3 times that they were missing a something. I stopped ordering and deleted the app but i installed it again because they are the only one the delivers the chicken i want and just last week i ordered fried chicken and it never came although it says on the app delivered? When i came out the food was not there so i called skip the dishes but the customer service was not helpful and said they cant do anything. I got so mad that the service was bad and they are not willing to redeliver. Never ordering again from skip i would rather stick with uber, door dash. I would rather starve than give my business to skip! Its the worst and will never trust them again.

Don't ever purchase a gift certificate! They take your money but don't email you the card or verification code. Next time skip Skip the Dishes and go somewhere else.

Worse delivery service

I'm all for second chances but iv now had problems with getting all of my orders with this app. It's difficult to get help when this happens, food takes forever to be delivered, way to expensive. But the most frustrating part is paying for the product and the convenience but getting nothing but bad service and rude customer service.

Food was cold

Pick up time for food was 7:15. It's only a 10 minute drive to our place from the restaurant. Food gets dropped off at 8 and it was cold.

No cooperation or customer service

Do better Skip

What a horrible service. I placed an order for Boston Pizza (cactus cut nachos) and also paid for an extra dip. The food arrived and is absolutely inedible. The chips are overcooked/burnt and there was no extra dip. I called Boston Pizza and they told me that since I ordered through Skip, I have to go through Skip for the FULL refund. I went and contacted Skip. Skip then told me they can only offer $9.18 back as a refund plus a $5 credit. UM. NO. I paid $27 for this and have to throw it out because Boston Pizza's kitchen has no quality control. I ended the chat with Skip and tried to connect with another chat agent on Skip. I expressed my frustrations and they assured me the issue would be resolved. They also offered me the same "50% off" option (same scripted line). Skip, have better customer service than this. If you want to keep customers, DO BETTER.

Worst Delivery service I've ever used

Complete joke of a company, employees clearly don't know even know how to read. Ordered the same thing twice, first time the order was completely wrong & they refunded me in skip credits, ordered the same thing again AND IT WAS STILL THE WRONG ONE! Names on the receipts were Ashley & Kayla (I'm a man btw) both orders were cheaper then my original and not what I wanted. Contacted support and asked them for a refund & they told me they could only refund in credits since my order was payed in credits, even though my first order was through debit & they got it wrong twice! Absolutely appalling service would not recommend anyone use them

I ordered over $40 worth of food. It said delivered but was never actually left at my door. I checked the house next door to see if it was a mistake. No food anywhere. I reached out to Skip on their app and it said 'no representatives were online to speak with me'. I tried an hour later, then again a couple hours later. I tried for 4 days straight. Finally found an email address for their customer service and they replied saying they only issue refunds within the first 48 hours. Apparently when you message on the app and it says 'someone will get back to you shortly', they don't keep any record of you reaching out. I'll never order from them again but buyer beware. Apparently it's not uncommon to happen and their representatives seem to not care about customer retention.

Skip the Dishes asked me what my experience was like, having "delivered my order".

Except they didn't actually deliver it. They left us hungry.

No wonder there's no way to phone them. They believe that a refund is a substitute for a meal.

They Skip the Food. I advise you Skip Them and take your business elsewhere.

Charged but never recieved order

There is zero customer service, I have now waited for over 10 hours to speak to a manager who refuses to speak to me until they close the case ie: speak to their mia delivery driver who refused to answer his phone during the shift and now after, but yet again I am being told I will be called within an hour, the first time I was promised this was 9hrs ago.
My order was alcohol which by their policies require government ID from the person who is listed on the order. So please tell me how my order was delivered. And how many underage people recieve alcohol because the delivery drivers are too incompetent to do their job by procedure and protocol. There are only 2 options in this scenario, a: the driver delivered to the wrong address and never checked ID or b: the driver picked up the order and kept it for himself, but yet I am not worth being able to speak to a manager that isn't tied to a script on their screen.

I've been a loyal customer for over 7 months now and their delivery service is always a gamble. The delivery instructions are rarely followed and the delivery people are often rude. In terms of their support, they do answer you quickly but then go silent for 10-15 minutes at times without any updates. I work in support, I know the expectations and this just isn't it.

They are a crap service! They are always late bringing your food, and it is too hard to get ahold of anyone through chat. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone! I would give them a zero rating if I could.

Last night was the last time I'm ordering - Skip drivers have literally one job to do which is to get food in an intact container to a door and they can't manage to do that half of the time I've made orders. Toddlers are better at carrying glasses of juice from one place to another without spilling it than the grown men who deliver for Skip. Receiving beat-up containers dripping with sauce makes you wonder wth the drivers are doing with the food. Sometimes the bags look like they've been opened which makes you wonder whose hands have be in there. I was delivered a pizza with the topping and cheese all pushed to the side + containers dripping with sauce because an adult working for Skip can't understand gravity and that when you tip containers, that food will spill. I've had skip drivers deliver me other people's orders; I've found orders I've made over to my neighbour's door; I was called on my personal phone by a Skip driver once because he got mad that he couldn't find my address, he's literally the only person who ever couldn't find it but the crazy thing is that he actually called me to give me $#*! about it - it's beyond me how Skip delivery guys are just plain stupid or unprofessional or both. All you have to do is literally drive your car from place A to B with a container laying flat and reading an address containing about 5 words tops, that's it.

There is no way to rate the driver on the app or make a complaint regarding the driver; you can only review the restaurant. There's basically no way to contact anyone about this. Had to fill a general inquiry and Skip just doesn't care. Another business that doesn't care and just wants your money and same for the delivery guys working there. I feel for the folks that say that Skip doesn't pay well but when I see the state of the food on my doorstep, I'm mad that I tipped a dude for this. When I have to wash sauce off my doorstep, you should give me my tip back cause you failed. In a restaurant, if the waiter/waitress carrying food to your table dropped half of it on the table and just left and never came back, no tips would be expected and that person would lose their job as a consequence of their carelessness. Where is the accountability for this recurring poor service. Just no.

Skip are criminals

Skip are criminals. I ordered from them after updating my address but the website didn't update it. Upon ordering I saw the order is going to the old address so we called in seconds to change it and it was changed and we were told it would be delivered.

Over 30 minutes later I get a call from some person speaking terrible english that told me because I changed the address I could not have the order delivered. I could not re-route the order, so my only choice was a refund... The refund he said would be 50% - Out of a 28.00 order, I got 12.83c in useless skip credits. You are insane to think I would ever deal with you again.

I know they are a scam

I got scammed cause either I had things from my order missing or didn't get my order at all and then I get a noticed it was brought to me bull$#*! it did. Where like where the hell is it cause it's nowhere at outside my home;( they are liars and ps don't even bother trying to get ahold of them cause they will say you have to wait there ppl are in to help! It was 1:30pm wtf do you mean nobody is working at that moment where the hell are they seriously but yet someone did message back saying nobody can help me to wait $#*! and send me a email on getting my money back ya bull$#*! on that I haven't at all got no damn email which is telling me I won't be refunded back

Order 2 kebabs through skip. They was cold upon arrival. Called store. They said yeah, we made them a while ago. We said could you said 2 hot ones. They said no. Contacted skip. Order value was $27. They offered $11 refund in skip credits! I said they are inedible. They said they could offer 50% of order value. I asked why we had to pay the other 50% for inedible food. They said that's the best they could do. Deleted app from phone and will never use again. Beware!

Refusing a refund

My sons girlfriend ordered him food and a drink. When it got here the drink was spilt all over the inside of the bag covering the food. When she called to get a refund for the order they refused to refund her claiming she had gotten a refund before on a different order. The customer care representative was rude to her so I called them and the customer care representative didn't even know the difference between the order number and the skip number. When I told her I wanted a refund she told me they couldn't and she was sorry. So I asked for a supervisor and she tried to tell me she couldn't transfer me to her supervisor and that since the call wasn't productive she was ending the call and hung up. I called back and got the same girl who I asked again to be transfered to a supervisor she told me she couldn't but then put me on hold came back to me and said her supervisor would call me in an hour. I waited for over an hour and didn't receive a call back. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars for a rating as this is one of the worst co. Panies I have ever dealt with

Its a scam

Restaurants do not receive the tips, you never get a full refund for poor service.
Drivers are for the most part rude and NEVER have their thermal bags.
So your food is ALWAYS cold.
