We ordered our food and it never arrived, then we found out that it was delivered to the wrong address so we called and they said that they can't get us a refund. DO NOT GET SKIP, IT SUCKS.
My daughter bought $60.00 worth of food in Penticton and when I went out to get It I told the driver her name on the order so he handed the food to me.when I got inside to find out it was the wrong order. She messaged them back about it and didn't get a response until the next day and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So she sent another message saying then close my account. Another day goes by and no response but a message saying account closed. This is very unprofessional.I'm going to be closing my account to before they do the same to me. Soooo bad. Both uber and skip have gone so down hill since the pandemic. I believe both will be non existent within the next 3 years
Holy moly do these guys ever rip you off... 4 pieces of chicken (all thighs), large fries, large gravy and 3 peppers for $40.50 on skip then after fees and tip $50! Skip of course couldn't give me an answer as to why it's so high and that the restaurant sets the prices so I called the restaurant and guess what, she was shocked and told me that this would only cost $30 in-store! It's illegal to upcharge more than 20%, however if my math is right, they upcharge us 45% more (before tip).
Watch out guys, shady stuff is happening between food establishments head office and skip head office. SKIP SkipTheDishes!
Poor customer service and terrible drivers! Never recieved our order though the restaurant confirmed the pickup! Got no response from Skip the Dishes after multiple attempts to customer service. No businesses should use them and their business license should be revoked!
Terrible service, waited hours, couldn't get through on the help chat, no option for canceling, never got my food. Had to go pick it up and feed my kids at 10pm
They just can't seem to fund my house.its not hard just fooled map it and it's eight there. How hard is it to deliver to the right adress. Last time using it,lost my business.

Professional Client (healthcare), tried Skip the Dishes for the fist time and experienced multiple charges and attempted charges to my credit card; total amount was in excess of $1000.00.

95 percent of the time I use skip it is either late, not picked up or they take it to the wrong place. Not only that if you cancel they will not refund your credit card but only give you a skip credit. I can't believe a company like this takes their rewards and have no customer service to those that put you putzes in your ivory towers. I am embarrassed to have the founders from my home province. I will no longer or will anyone in my family or company use skip going forward. I really wish they had negative ratings!
I placed an order from Skip for Chinese for the first time in a while. The order arrived in good time, the only problem was that it wasn't my order! I asked Skip for a refund because all of the items were wrong. They said they would issue Skip Credits, but later said my refund was denied because it had been delivered. I called Mandarin and they admitted that the courier picked up the wrong order, but they couldn't help.
I spent about 30 minutes in a chat with Skip telling them I wanted a refund, not Skip Credits. They tried telling me again that I received my order, so I sent them a photo of the wrong bill. I finally received a refund for the food items and a credit for the delivery fee, tips, etc. I never plan to use Skip again, so I guess I'll eat that $16 in credits. More importantly they wasted 90 minutes of my time and I still have no food.
Since I had the wrong bill, I decided to call the person who my order was meant for. He said he received his exact order. OK, so they had time to realize they $#*!ed up your order and replace it by the time I received my order. Right.
Thanks to Mandarin for making fixing this too, I won't be ordering from you again either.
Twice this week I ordered wendys and did not get my full order. Today they actually sent me a single baked potatoe. I ordered enough food for 4 people and they sent me a baked potatoe. They don't deserve o e star but I am forced to give it to make this review.
They have screwed up my orders so many times. Twice I didn't receive food at all, and another 6 or 7 times items were missing. I usually don't ask for help with wrong items as long as they're edible and close-ish to what I ordered. Didn't get a drink this time and they said they couldn't issue any more refunds, as if it was my fault these mistakes were happening. This company is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. Use DoorDash instead.
I ordered #65 worth of Chinese. Somehow it went to a different address and I've been ordering to my address since may. I was issued $22 refund from 65... I said the chat person that's all I get? She said that's all we can refund. Have a great day...Luke really? Been ordering skip for years, and that's all I get back? Hahaha worst customer service ever!
Monitored driver deliver to others first so our food was cold and inedible. Get more drivers you unless company.
I contacted customer service about an issue with an order and they ended chat and when I was finally able to contact them again the person on the other end threatened me and then proceeded to recite my address I have already been in contact with thee authorities.
The service is just getting worse and worse. The customer service lies to you over and over, driver's confirm they delivered the order and it hasn't even left the location as yet. Things are cold when the location isn't that far but takes the driver over 20 min to drive 4. They offer you 50% back when you pay 100% plus service fees plus tip... service fees for what? Horrible service! Drivers having car issues after picking up food.
Placed an order upwards of 100 dollars, driver was so incompetent he couldn't find my address, refused to call my number even after I was on skip support requesting the driver call me. Driver leaves and I get an email saying I'm not being refunded for my order.
Where do they find these so called delivery drivers the $#*!ing hot wheels circuit? What a laughable attempt at customer service, would probably help to employ drivers who know how to look at a gps and follow it, but who am I kidding it is rocket science after all.
The Food Delivered To Me Was Incorrectly Cooked. Basically Raw. This Is A Health Issue. I was told no refund now or in the future ever.

Answer: Not at all easy. And they are disrespectful, rude and downright terrible at providing service. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
