I never leave reviews but felt I had to. Skinstore.com is the worst vendor I have ever done business with. They sent a defective device when returned it and have the tracking number to prove it arrived they claimed it never arrived and refused to refund me. This site is a complete scam!
Skinstore.com sent me a product with an ingredients list completely different from what they advertised. They refused to send me a return label, and when I finally returned the product and paid for the return shipping, they continued to insist they never received the return. I provided them with a receipt for my return. So now they owe me for sending me a false product and the return shipping. Additionally, when I filed a dispute with my credit card company? They resorted to just deleting my account. They also do not give out a phone number or contact, so they only way to reach them is via their online messaging system (which I can no longer do). I also no longer have access to our messaging exchanges (and I screenshotted them thankfully). This company is unethical and dishonest. Please stay away from this website.
Terrible online service and customer service. I've been waiting on my order for over a month, money has been taken out of my account but they refuse to send me my confirmation or tracking. I've emailed, used their instant chat and messenger service to no avail. They are rude and seemingly incompetent! DO NOT ORDER FROM SKIN STORE! At this point I believe they have stolen my $300, buy from Sephora!
No way to resolve any issues except their lousy messaging system, which I've been stuck in for a week. I bought an expensive device that stopped working after a few weeks. They sent me an RMA # but no return label. I shouldn't have to pay to return a faulty issue. They
(1) told me to pay for the return
(2) gave me a link to skinstore.intelligentreturns.net which does NOT work - tried on 2 PCs and 3 browsers each - can't get passed the address entry - says it's incorrect but it's the EXACT address I entered on my order
(3) asked me for a shipping quote. Really? You shipped it to me and know what it costs. NEVER had this happen. So I went to UPS and walked thru the steps and sent a screen shot of the rate options. They never responded to what exactly they needed nor the screen shot.
Unable to resolve this:
(1) no phone number to speak to someone
(2) their chat link is FAKE. It cycles thru availability, but if you mouse over it, there is no link.
(3) their messaging system is inefficient and has lead to no results
I find their business practices extremely questionable. At this point I want my money back and will never, ever shop with them again - never! I recommend you avoid them and buy from anyone else.
Don't order from this company! Can't change shipping address on their site can't talk to anyone, except chat on their site. Ordered a product a month ago. No product? No return credit. They refuse to check and see where this product is. Poor customer service. If they were smart they would take care of their customers!
My first purchase from Skinstore was an item I already use so I wasn't worried about returns. Until I received the product and the color was slightly off which was weird. I requested a return: I was emailed a return slip and was instructed to clarify on the package that it was a return so it doesn't get "lost" in their warehouse. I did just that, attached the return label they sent (which was not prepaid) had to pay $6 at the post office and off it went. It's been over a month, they claim they never received my package nor will they refund me so now I'm out my original money and the shipping cost. Horrible customer service for not resolving this. I should not have to take a loss because they have operational issues. Don't shop here.
The order was never shipped. I contact them, and they say they escalate to the shipment team, and another 2 weeks, I have nothing. I contact them again, they say the order is under reviewed. No further communication. I contact them one more time, requesting for a refund, and they say another department is investigating the issue, and that they will contact me again within 3 days. Everything goes silent after that email. I have to contact them again and still wait to see what they are going to say. They do not have any direct phone number to call, you can only complain through the website, wait and wait. Please, do not order from this website
I purchased a T3 shower head from them and had to return it as it did not fit my shower. I contacted customer service and returned the item using the label they provided to me.
It has been a month and I have contacted them three times and they will not process my refund as they say they never received it at their warehouse. I provided them with a copy of my receipt from the USPS proving it was sent back for delivery.
Do not use this company if you need to return an item. I am out over $100 dollars plus shipping costs to return the item. Horrible customer service and I would never use this company again
What a disaster. Such a poor customer service! They did not give me the free gift worth 95$ or more - which was one of the reasons I ordered from them in the first place and when I contacted them they said they cannot send it once the order was delivered... complete absurd. Did not have any similar experience with cheaters like them. And try to call them - there is no number so you feel like you are stuck

I wish I had read these reviews before making my $500 purchase. After receive a confirmation fraught with spelling errors and barely understandable English, I was worried I was scammed. I had a confirmation my items were sent, but FedEx had nothing. I requested the order be canceled, and received an email from "customer service" (and I use the term loosely) to log into my account - an account which I don't have. The link to their website also couldn't be reached. Nothing about this feels legitimate to me, and their corporate address is just a commercial warehouse in an indistrial complex. I should have done my homework as I was enticed by the less expensive prices. Now I understand why they are less expensive - you probably won't get them at all (and if you DO, check the expiration date, as many people have said they received items within a month or two of expiration.) Terrible experience. Use Lovelyskin or Sephora or Ulta. This site should be out of business, and Afterpay DEFINITELY should not be associated with them, which gives them an air of legitimacy.
SkinStore has all products of beauty and well being. The website is so easy to use and are at reasonable price. They have good skin products.
I never received my first order and months later I am still fighting to get a refund. Stupidly I ordered a replacement before waiting for my refund. The replacement item was oxidized which means it is old and no longer effective. Not to mention it is a completely different color than the photos on the website. I doubt they will also give me a refund for that as well.
They DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS! They place packing paper on top of items (no bubble wrap) leaving the bottom of the box unprotected. Three of the six bottles I purchased were damaged, one being completely smashed and two that were cracked causing most of the product to leak out. I sent pictures of the smashed bottle and one of the empty cracked bottles (the crack was not visible in picture) the third bottle still had product and would have leaked more had I try to show where the damaged was. I assumed they would take my word for it as being damaged since I have ordered from them many times in the past with no issues. However, they did not, which is no different than them calling me a liar. I have spent 100's of dollars with them, but obviously they did not appreciate my business enough to replace a $6 bottle of product, when they know for a fact they do not package their products securely. I will never purchase from them again. Wish I could give them 0 stars!
Ordered and was charged for an item that has not been rec'd. Cannot get the company to provide an answer even though their own shipper told me to follow up with them. They just keep telling me "we'll let you know" but do not. Would not bother ordering from them again.
I made a sizable purchase which included a free gift of a vitamin C serum. When my order arrived, the serum was very dark brown which I was concerned was not the color it should be. When I inquired with their customer service both by chat and by email, I was given a complete run around... asking for pictures and dates and codes on the bottle which were not there. I provided all their requests and received no solid help. Bottom line - if a customer is dissatisfied, the company should make it right. I know this product was expired but they tried to deny it. Will not be purchasing from them ever again!
Ten days ago I ordered $225 of product. My order was sent the address was incorrect. Upon finding out I tried to provide correct address. They said they couldn't fix but would provide refund in 3-5 days if I cancelled. Then I could re-order. Now Day 10 later and reached out to be told there's nothing that could be done because i made a mistake on my address--AFTER they said they cancelled my order from me. I have no recourse and am unable to get a human being on chat. Do not use this company.

HORRIBLE customer service. No phone number. Only allow live chat or communication through the portal. I purchased an item and it busted during delivery. It was a gift and was offered a discount. Yes said no it was a gift and then asked to return it but I have to pay shipping fees and they had to be less than $15! Also I would be responsible for the damaged item. I did a live chat and said it would cost more to return and was told too bad. Also asked for a confirmation that I would not be liable for sending a partially empty bottle since it was damaged and was told no. Biggest waste of time and money. I'll never purchase from here again. Will post this review as many places as I can so nobody else has to go through this.
Do not purchase from the skinstore. I just decided to write this review after tremendous frustration and found all the other horrific reviews
