For 15 years, I ordered from this website, which was formerly owned by doctors. Indeed, some of the skincare lines sold on it require seminars and medical training. Sadly the site has been sold. The website is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. You are much better off heading to your local aesthetician at a "real" medical facility or going to Sephora or Ulta to buy makeup products. It was convenient and always reliable, but not anymore.
7 weeks to get a product shipped and it was sent to wrong address. I never got it and they will not refund my money. They are extremely rude. This is not the same company I have been using for the past few years. I will never order here again.
I ordered cosmetics on June 6, received someone else's order 2 weeks later. I emailed the company using the e-mail address provided on my order confirmation receipt. This e-mail address is inactive. With some difficulty, I tracked down the company which is located in England, called The Hut Group. We exchanged e-mails back and forth, they wanted an order number which I quoted from my order confirmation. Received several e-mails from different agents over several days indicating it is the wrong order number. Then they wanted pictures of the items I received. I erroneously thought this would expedite the process. Wrong! I sent pictures of the wrong products and a copy of the packing slip that had the name of someone in Toronto and a copy of the e-mail they sent me with the order number. Another e-mail came, they did not receive the attachments. I resent using a different method and they received it. Then they wanted a quote on how much it would cost to return the items. I was not going to make 2 trips to the Post office, one for a quote and one to ship. I shipped the items back to somewhere in the USA and indicated by e-mail that I have shipped them based on their instructions and the cost of shipping. Four days ago I received an e-mail from the Hut Group indicating that they need a number to contact me so they can refund me. I e-mailed my phone number and still waiting for my refund! In the meantime, I ordered the products from Amazon and received them in 2 days. It's been almost 1 1/2 months I have ordered products from this company, no products received and I am out of pocket.
Update: On July 13th, I received a refund for the products I ordered. It is August 21 and I am still trying to get a refund from the company for the cost of shipping back the incorrect product. Lesson learned - do not purchase anything from this Company.

Update on Sep 11,2016. After countless numbers of phone calls, and requests on the Skin Store Web Contact Form, I have given up trying to get my refund of $17.51 for shipping back the incorrect items I received. Just keep the $17.51 Skin Store, it's no longer worth the hassle for me!
Beware. Skinstore appears to be proffessional but they have their number on permenant busy and will not get back to you on email. Alot of the reviews are written by their employees.
I'll give the very bad review for the customers service. Try to call about more than 10 time but didnt get any phone call back. Had an order 1 week ago, took money in my bank 208$ For 3 items, and finally got canceled 2 order, still have 1 more item but never see any contact from Skinstore for this item. What a bad service. Very bad experience
I did have a bad experience, after posting on this site they took the time to contact me and resolve the issues that I had. In fact they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I have changed my opinion of them. Thank you Skin store for the great customer response.
My experience with this company was HORRIBLE. The product I ordered was on backorder, which I understand happens. I emailed customer service twice regard my order with no reply. So I call customer service and was on hold for 2 hours. When I finally spoke to a representative she immediately canceled my order before I could inquire about shipping and if my item would be in on time. She said I'd just have to re-order my item on the website. The website still said the item was in stock ready to ship when it clearly was not. Very unorganized and very unprofessional. Will not use this company again.

SkinStore is where I buy all my lotions: face lotion, body lotion, hand lotion, and even sun block. The prices are reasonable and they have all the brands I want. Shipping is quick and easy. My skin is important so I'm glad I know about these guys.
This site has some good stuff. I just wish it was a little easier to navigate. I purchased a clarisonic brush and a facial cleanser that I really like. They were decently priced, so I was happy with my purchase.
I was searching for an eye cream and I found it on skinstore for the same price that was listed on amazon. I decided to give this site a try and I didn't have an problems with it. They offered me free shipping and it got to me pretty quick. The only issue was that they used USPS with signature, so I missed the delivery and they wouldn't leave the package with my doorman. It took an extra week to get to me but if i was there to get the package I would have had it in 3 days or so from ordering. While that's not really the site's fault, if you use them I'd specify any delivery instructions so you don't have a similar issue. They included some free samples in my package which was nice. I'd use this place again.
