This company is crazy. This is absolutely the worst online retailer i have ever seen. Different customer service people gave me different answers. Not sure have they been trained! Also, they have a nonsense policy, which is i need to pay the shipping fee to return the product. I purchased TriPollar STOP Vx. However, I am told by the user manual that i can't use it with the consideration of my health issue. Then I requested an return. They said i need to pay the fee because this is not their fault. What a crazy thought! I didn't know this until i read the user manual. Why not you just put the user manual to the product detail section, then i wouldn't purchase it at the very beginning. Another ridiculous thing is that I asked them to confirm with me if i really can't use it based on my health issue. They asked me to ask TriPollar! If you don't know the product well, then pls do not carry the product to your website.
The skin store took the payment and then never sent the product. They never responded to email or app requests to properly rectify the situation. I would avoid doing any business with this company. They are a complete scam.
Short version - terrible customer service; spend your money with a company that deserves it. Long version - I've ordered from SkinStore for 6+ months with orders ranging from $150-$250 a month. When small issues would pop up, such as, the freebee was missed and I asked for it to be shipped, customer service said they could not. I thought it wasn't worth the hassle and continued to shop. Recently, I moved and when an order was placed my old address was used. Customer service said they could not change the address (even though OnTrac says the shipper can change the address) and offered no solutions. I chalked it up to a small mixup and drove 30 min roundtrip to pick up my package. Skinstore had made a mistake and forgot products in my package. I wrote them, they went back and forth with different people each time, had me sign a document, and provided my new shipping address. In the interim I even ordered more products to my new address because getting my original products was taking so long. When they finally shipped my missing products they shipped to my old address. I emailed customer service and showcased the 3x I provided the new address and that this was their mistake. They offered no solution and said 'we cannot change an address for replacement items' - I was upset. I explained to customer service that they should have cancelled the order, not asked for my new address, explained my options, but NO accountability on SkinStore. In total I communicated with five different customer service reps and not one offered an apology or a reasonable solution. Do not shop with them - spend your money with another retailer who will take care of you.
According to the new trend skincare products are the right choice for buyers. Cosmetic packaging is one vital thing that is used by top brands like L'Oreal, Ultra Beauty, Revlon, and many others.
DO NOT, DO NOT order products from Skin Store. Customer service gives nothing but the run around with unrealistic demands of the customer, in order to return products for refund. Skin store requested: The batch number and expiry date?

-An image to show consistency? (Consistency issue only) - the file is one of these formats: (GIF/JPEG/JPG/MSWORD/ODT/PNG/PDF/TXT/ZIP)
- the file does not exceed 3 MB
I sent all information but was unable to find the expiration on the products. I informed Skin Store of this and they were unable to tell me exactly where on the product or product box to locate this information. Then they followed up with these requests:
Can you please confirm the length of use (days)?
Can you please confirm how long this product has been open for?
Can you please send a photo of the reaction or describe it in more detail?
Can you please confirm the expiration date of this product? With all products, they do contain an expiry date. Please check the back of the product for an image to symbolize a tub, next to this tub you will see a number followed by the letter M. Example 6M, 12M or 24M. This means the product will expire either 6 months from when opened, 12 months or 24 months.
Once we have gathered this information, we can begin our investigation and arrange a suitable solution.
Mind you, this back and forth banter has been going on for seven days. I have stopped using the product and used a steroid cream to alleviate my facial redness and rash. Frankly, I felt as if they kept this up to run me off. Well, it worked but I will never use this site again.
This website would make up any excuses to avoid refund even you returned with an unopened products. They don't desert any business. Everyone should file a class action lawsuit against them.
Trying to return a damaged item has been terrible! It has been about 2 weeks since we informed them that the item had leaked out of the bottle and wanted a replacement. They keep trying to offer a discount and it is extremely difficult to reach anyone other than thru their site. We have been going back and forth and still no resolve. Wish we had ordered from someone else! You're better off ordering from another business. This is so time-consuming and frustrating.
You might be able to purchase some low price item, but you will take all the risks. If the package lost, you will not get refund. If the price drop, you will not get price match. If you want return becuase the makeup are 4 years old, you will pay for shipping. If return package got lost, you will never get money back.
So, skinstore is a terrible buiness, that let customer take all the risks. You might be luck that the item is fresh and delivery is smooth. But in case something happen or you just do not like the product, you will take all the risks.
It is terrible service. If you want to get empty tubes, or not original cosmetics - order here. As for me, I will never come back here.
Please know that I am a legit first time customer of Skin Store. I ordered 3 products that costs $182.06 on 08/08/2021. I received an email dated 08/11 mentioned that my order will be delayed and my order is expected to be shipped within the next 48 hours. Then I got another email dated 08/14 mentioned that my order is still delayed on being shipped. No estimated date on when I can expect to receive the products! Just an apology?
Please understand that I will never buy anything from Skin Store ever again and will not recommend this company to anyone!

Ahava Cream is rather good. I tried it for the first time and it wasn't a dissapointment. Perhaps I'll order some more products for skin here.
Do not recommend using this online store. In the presence of a saturated market with competitors (I will not list, there are hundreds of them) behave so disgustingly. I ordered 3 items 06. 06. 21They sent one and got money for one. A week later, they withdrawn the money for the remaining 2 and sent a letter that they could not send, they were out of stock, BUT THE MONEY WAS REMOVED. I understand that you need them, purchase of goods, etc. No need to write in the comments that you will figure it out, the previous post about one cream out of three I wrote, you didn't figure it out. I ask you to return the money, as you can send the order, I will pay.
A letter came that the parcel was sent, but the FEDeX website says UNSHIPPED

I ordered a body lotion which worth about 30 bucks from the website and noticed that it will expire in four months. I contacted the store and no one ever responded. It's ok that you have a bad logistics but it's not ok that you have such a bad customer service.
I should read review before I order with them. I haven't experienced any post packages in the last 7 months. Then it came to this package. FedEx site said it is delivered but I have never received it. They delivered at the time when I was home. No idea what happened, but all other packages were there but this. Contacted customer service and was assured once I submit the lost package form I will get my products back. It has been two weeks already, the statement went from submitting the form to received a replacement, to wait 3-5 businesses days to close case, to now need to wait until the so called "investigation" is finished before I can get a refund. I'm sick of this situation with their senseless excuses. It has been 2 weeks already; $200 is out and no products were received. Save your time stay away from this hectic.

Returned a faulty item. Company blocked my email address and I had to file a credit card dispute to get the cost of the item refunded. Company said they would refund return shipping they lied. It was never refunded. Better business bureau has added another negative inquiry to their file. If I had not filed a credit card dispute they never would have refunded the $70 item. Still stole an additional $10 from me since I had to ship it back. They have no phone number to call and after you return items back they block your IP address so they don't have to refund you! Horrible company and fraudulent behaviors.
I ordered the incorrect item and contacted the company regarding an exchange. The item was unopened and they provided explicit instructions how to return the item, including insuring it for shipping. After a month I still had not received a refund. I contacted SkinStore and provide proof of received return. They replied that they did not receive the item and request (again) proof of the tracking. I resent the tracking proof and miraculously they stated, on the same day, they had found the item and the seal had been broken so they could not refund me. It was absolutely a pocket response. After reading other reviews this is what they do to everyone. I have filled a complaint with both the BBB and Paypal.
This is a SCAM of the highest order! I originally ordered a package that somehow ended up with a changed address, instead of it being sent to New York, it was sent to a town in New Jersey! At first, I thought I thought it was due to a mistake on my end, maybe the address was auto filled and I didn't realize. When I tried to order again, the same thing happened! When I tried to contact customer service, they were available at first, but midway through the conversation they turned off the chat. I then tried to cancel another order I placed with them, but it was no longer possible! BEWARE!

SkinStore is possibly the most dishonest, cynical and devious business I have ever dealt with.
