Do NOT use this company! They do not answer e-mails or calls. I received faulty merchandise & have lost $47.00. Reading reviews now I see that they are a scam company with many, many bad reviews! Beware SkinMedix karma is a $#*!! This is their way of stealing from people!
I ordered the skinceuticals CE ferulic, but was sent the B5 serum. I am certain I would not have made that mistake. When I mailed it back they took out $32. For a restocking fee. Never trust this company. They also don't answer phones and did not respond to my email.
Their price is very reasonable compared to the same products on other websites. They ship very quickly too. I was so shocked how fast I got my order. I bought Revale face wash and face lotion from them and got these items in 2 days. That's awesome!
