I can only add my voice to the chorus of others that have used this company.

Once they have received your money they do not want any further contact with you - nothing!
No goods delivered - no tracking information, they do not respond to emails, and phone calls to the company are restricted.

The must only survive as a company, because customers do not do their Due Diligence, and look up Skinmedix reviews before parting with our money.

Lesson learned - and the only saving grace for any customer who has paid by credit card is that they may get their money back. Heres hoping,

My order was lost or stolen (they dropped parcel unsafely in common area of multi-unit building). SkinMedix refused to take any responsibility. Initial response was that they would conduct investigation. After multiple unanswered follow up emails and voice messages, they cut off all communication, no update on investigation, no replacement products, no refund. They do not pick up calls and do not answer emails. It is a fraudulent company, do not be scammed and deceived by their "reasonable" prices! You can lose hundreds of $ and will not hear from them ever again!

Ordered a $50 item to be delivered by USPS. Tracking showed item delivered but not in my mailbox. Live in a large Community and inadvertently placed in another box. Upon calling the company and sending emails, I was sent several responses stating the item was delivered. When calling, I was not believed and made to feel like I was trying to obtain a free item. I requested a yes/no response if I will receive a replacement. I am being totally ignored and feel a reputable company would not treat a customer like this and would provide a disposition to this problem.

I ordered three Obagi products, paying about $279. Upon opening the cleanser I noticed the smell was different than expected -- and I have been using Obagi products for years. The texture felt different as well. I returned the products after much back and forth with customer service. I was told to initiate the order on line, but on line I was redirected to phone them for a return postage authorization. I finally was able to return the product and received no response until I contacted them 2 weeks later. Their response was that their products are not bad, they do not expire, and they will not refund my money for 2 of the 3 products since they were opened. They offered to either send them back to me or destroy them, but no refund will be made. I sorely regret that i ordered these products from this company and did not first check reviews on this site. I went by price, but it turns out to be an expensive lesson. Caveat emptor.

I've returned my products and Skinmedix doesn't refund me. I returned my products ( i have proof of delivery to them) and its been 4 months I am waiting for my money now. The order's cost is £111.47. Their response was: "Our system will not allow us to process the refund." and totally ignoring my replies after that. Their customer service doesn't care about their customers, they only care about cashing that money in. I returned the products and they are not willing to refund me. Thieves! I have proof of every word I'm saying and I will make sure to post this review everywhere so other people won't get scammed.

I purchased 3 Obagi product from Skinmedix and the Obagi Hydrate is spoiled / bad. I have used Obagi for years and no what is smells like.
You can NOT reach a live person you have to email. I have emailed 3 times with no response.
Maybe that's why I got a good sales price.
Suggest you use a different company and I will too for the future.

I ordered two obagi clear from them. Never got the products. Contacted them about it and was sent a tracking number. Yes, the tracking showed that the product was delivered but IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME……after that, all attempts to contact them were ignored and I was never sent a replacement for what I paid. $130 flushed down the drain. I will NEVER deal with them again.

Ordered Obaji Professional-c serum. What I recieved was not even the right color. Either they're selling rancid old products or they are fake.

I have ordered a product from skinmedic until now I haven't received my order product, I have no idea where it is. They sending me tracking number the tracking number it's to do with the US mail not the UK Royal mail, the tracking indicate delivered in the UK/London for distribution collection, but where I have no idea no address or telephone number so I can contact them, be careful when you buy things from this company. If you are in the UK, there is a chance you're not going to get your product delivered to your house.

I have orderd one item from Skinmedix in realy Decmber 2022, still untill now I havent recived my delivery, I dont know what is going on and if im going to recive my order, I did email them few times and they responded, they've told me its on its way my last email i sent them they havent responded.

I made an order from this awful site, the product came fake, no customer service responding, they have a phone number but no one is answering, I made like 5-6 attempts to return and get my money back, but no one ever responded. I finally called my bank and returned my money. Horrible experience!

On 8/13/22 I ordered Obagi Hydrate Luxe. It was not the real product. Fake just like the one on amazon.

Never received my order. I paid $26 CAD for shipping a $216 order, and after 1 month of waiting, the tracking shows that my package is still in the same location as it was supposed to be shipped from. I communicated my concern with SkinMedix multiple times. I received a response for the first couple of times but didn't hear back from them anymore.
UPDATE: I finally received my order after 45 days. Skinmedix let me know that apparently there had been some error in the shipping information and therefore, the package was sent back to Miami and then shipped to me again after 5 weeks. They also refunded the shipping cost to me due to this delay, and the products were all as advertised. So, they are not fraudulent for sure, just be prepared for a really long delivery time on international orders.

I've purchased from skinmedix 3 times since January and all transactions have been perfect. Everything arrived quickly and is exactly the same as my derm sold me at twice the price. This is my new go to site for everything in my routine.

I placed an order June 7th 2022 as of June 28th still no item and fake tracking number. Awful customer service and no help at all. Aaron from this company isn't helpful and cintinues to lie about tracking. I opened a case on PayPal and recieved my money back. I highly urge you to purchase elsewhere.

I do love Skinmedix! It is quick, easy, and there is great pricing on skin care I purchase often. Ordering is easy and delivered free and promptly.
