I look for products in my line of skin care that are reasonably priced and ship free of charge. SkinMedix is my go-to online shop and always delivers great products.
I have ordered from skinmedix for years and have always been satisfied with their products and customer service. Products are authentic and exactly the same as I get from the med spa but prices are way better.
I have now received a full refund from SkinMedix for the full amount that I originally paid online..
Bought a Obagi product online. Even though the money was deducted from my bank account, I did not receive a receipt or any correspondence that I had actually paid for the product from SkinMedix. Promised a refund after lengthy discussions from a very aggressive male manager. Have still not been refunded. I have now passed it onto my bank for possible fraudulent behaviour. Will never buy from this company again.
They have every beauty product you'll ever need. Seem to have great availability of product & probably better pricing then other sites online especially when they have any sales.
Bought Obagi toner, smells and looks weird, definitely not authentic, no replies to email or phone worst customer service, filling claim threw PP
I ordered Obagi Elasterderm eye cream and Obagi sun block from here as they were much cheaper than in the UK. I then googled reviews and thought " ahh I've lost my money and was totally gutted". To my surprise the products came within a week and are genuine. I have compared both products to the ones I bought from a clinic and they are exactly the same. I can only speak for those 2 products though and will be purchasing them again from here.
I ordered the TNS Recovery complex of course because it saved me like $50. It is not the real product. I tried to call them and no answer, you have to email them. So I have done that as well. No response. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Order from the direct company
The most disgraceful service. My item is missing and they said they attempted a delivery with no delivery card. Cannot contact USPS the courier or Skinmedix. Will be going to my bank and will never order from these people again
I ordered LiLash from this site since it looked like the genuine thing and was not at a ridiculously low price. The webpage said "guaranteed authentic" and that it had the hologram. What I received was a fake - the writing was a bit off and the "hologram" was no hologram at all. It was just a smart code sticker. I emailed LiLash to make sure it wasn't real and they confirmed that it wasn't.
I followed their Return Policy to the "t" and sent an email (that's the only way to request a return or refund). I didn't even open the product so there would be no restocking fee. I waited and waited and there was no response. I called the customer service number but there's just a recording telling you to email them and they would respond in 1 business day [HA!].
I paid via Paypal so I opened a claim and eventually got a full refund after about 10 days. They gave Skinmedix a week to respond and they never did.
If you insist on ordering from here, only use paypal. If the product is fake, you can file a claim with paypal and get your money back. That's the only good thing about SkinMedix never responding to emails.
I also submitted a bad review of the product but it never showed up on the site. Instead a glowing review with a different name showed up with a 5 star review with the same date that I submitted the bad review, lol. Try it yourself.
Fake reviews on a website that sells fake yet expensive products.
Buyer Beware.
I purchased a bottle of Cosmetic Skin Solutions Vitamin C + E Serum with Ferulic Acid. I previously purchased this from a different source, and the solution was a nice yellow color with a denser consistency. The same product from SkinMedix is a watery consistency and it is clear, not yellow. I'm afraid it was watered down or something. I've been using it the past couple days and I can already tell it's not going to be doing anything helpful for my skin. Won't be purchasing from SkinMedix again.
I ordered PCA pigment gel. I then read all the negative reviews about the company and emailed the company requesting cancellation. To my surprise I was informed the negative reviews were false in order to extort money from the business, persuading them for payment to remove false negative reviews. However, as I intended to use the product on my face I was unwilling to take the risk and requested cancellation and a refund. To my amazement I was refunded immediately without any hesitation. Contradictory to what the reviews claim.
I received nothing but professionalism, efficiency and outstanding customer service from this company. Also contradictory to what the reviews claim.
I then researched the company and discovered they have an EBay account which stated 100% positive feedback since 1999! As a result I placed a new order and received the item within 10 days (Im located in UK)
I highly recommend this company.
Although I cant comment on the product itself as Ive been using it less than a week due to the hot weather, the item was beautifully and carefully packaged and sealed. If I achieve my desired results I will no doubt be a repeat customer.
In order to further support my experience with this company please see attached photos of the product I received and emails exchanged.
I ordered Peter Thomas Roth Retinol fusion PM and when it arrived i figured since it didnt come in box and was just plastic sealed something I was up. I called Peter Thomas Roth and they had me give them some numbers off of bottom... it was from 2014. So now I cant even use the product and the 10 bucks I saved on this site was certainly not worth old expired product. Also, Peter Thomas Roth told me they are not an authorized dealer... go figure! Tried emailing them about it but never heard back.
I should have read the reviews on this co. Before I ordered from them. They are a bad joke. My product came broken and it's been very difficult to return the items. And they charging 10% restock fee
I bought the product online and the site sent me pre-made tracking# and charged my card right away. After 1 month, the tracking still "pre-made" and I tried to contact the customer service but I were not able to reach anyone.(always machine and asked you to leave the mag) I also emailed them and also no answer. Until today almost 2 moths, I still haven't received my order. So beware!
I placed an order on 1/13 and on 1/18 I got an email *claiming* my order has been shipped. As of today, 1/27, I checked my tracking number, it still SHOWS that it's still in pre-shipment stage. The carrier, USPS still has NOT received the product. I have sent email twice and have been over 24 hours; no one from SkinMedix has responded. In addition, I also had called and left voicemail 3x and once again, I have not heard back from SkinMedix. The message says someone will response within 24 hours. That is a BIG fat false statement.
This feels like a scam to me.

Excellent prices and products, I'm very happy with all the products I have ordered and recomend it highly
They don't refund your money or give you credit if you don't like the product. Stay clear from them. And I also found out that they are not authorized dealers of the products they sell.
I bought a Revision Skincare Product from this place and upon opening and using the product for two days, I could tell by the smell that there was something wrong with it. After trying to contact them through email and their toll free number, I received no response. I called the manufacturer of the product about the problem and was told they only sell to doctor's offices and medical affiliated spas. Even though I'll never see my money back from them, I suppose I need to thank them for a valuable lesson. Save yourself the aggravation and buy your skincare products from your doctor's office and not from this place. It will be worth the extra few dollars.
I had a very bad experience and had it resolved by contacting the BBB of Florida. Unfortunately a friend of mine purchased an item and was displeased to the fullest extent. She will be following up on a review once she hears from the BBB also. Please, please, please stay away and use another company.
I ordered Peter Thomas Roth spot treatment and it was not sealed.
Do not order from them! Pay the extra money for the real product!
