The amnomia in them makes me not want to get them anymore for my family it's embarrassing when we go out and it smells like our clothes are unclean or like urine will not be purchasing anymore
I Ordered a pair of shoes off Skechers online store for $158 Canadian they said it would only take 10 to 15 days to get to me. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my shoes. I've emailed them and called their customer service number and all I get is an answer machine then it would hang up on me. I thought this was a honest company unfortunately it isn't I get better service from AliExpress wish eBay or Amazon avoid Skechers online store if you value your money. They will steal your money and not give you what you paid for avoid avoid avoid horrible business shocking especially for how many years they've been around
The S Sport shoes by Skechers which I bought from Delhi, India turned out to be of very very poor quality. The shoe code *******/BBK ( Grite verrie, Black) cost me Rs 4799 but the fabric/ foam of the shoe started tearing in only 20 days. The quality of the upper foam and fabric material is very poor. I also have Nike and Adidas shoes which I have been using for last 5-6 years without any problem at all. The supplier said that it cannot be replaced as the shoe is showing wear and tear due to use. This is worst possible excuse by the representative. How can a shoe experience wear and tear in 20 days with normal use! I didn't run a marathon in them guys. No exchange policy and poor customer care. Very bad experience. Will never buy Skechers in India. Maybe in US it is of good quality but not here.
I bought to pairs of boots, unfortunately both the wrong size, sent back the next day. Struggling to get a refund from them, despite the package being signed for as received and sent in original packaging. You would think buying from a well known brand like Sketchers would be trustworthy. A huge mistake. I will never buy from them again.
After 7 months of wearing SKETCHERS composite toed shoes I developed pain in the bottom of my arch, heals and calves. I do not recommend, even with insoles, I developed chronic pain in my feet. Even transitioning back to my older work shoes, I am still having issues with pain and walking on my heals. I am NOT looking for a replacement or any type or refund or exchange.

Ordered on line and the two pairs of shoes we thought were to be from Canada. Credit card charged for both pairs immediately. Order was to be shipped unknowingly from the USA! Cancelled one pair of shoes as they were unavailable to ship-NO REFUND made for the one pair.
Multiple attempts by email, phone and voicemail. NO ONE had the decency to return the calls or emails.
THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
We have contacted the Credit Card company to report this fraud by a major brand name and will pursue legal action. Disgusting customer experience and a very incompetent company that should not be in business wit this arrogance,
I joined Skechers+, and ordered a pair of Skechers Slip-ins: Max Cushioning - Advantageous in my size, shown as available and in stock on Skechers website. A few days later, I got an email from Skechers that "Some or all of your order is unavailable for shipment" and that my order had been canceled. It suggested two other styles. I clicked on them and found that none were available in my size. So I went back to the website and ordered a different pair in my size that their website showed as in stock and available. A couple of days later, I got another email from Skechers, same message: those too were "unavailable for shipment" and my second order was canceled. Folks, this is the manufacturer. I know that even direct sales can be impacted by supply chain disruptions, but there are two acceptable responses - "we are canceling your order" is not one of them:
(1) they are out of stock but we expect to have them by [date] and will fill your order when they are. If you want to cancel your order email us at [email address].
(2) they are out of stock and we do not know if or when they will be available. Please select another style in your size, email your selection to us at [email address] and we will set them aside for you and ship them to you promptly.
Ordered my shoes 1 week ago. Checked on invoice and said they were still being processed. Then checked on the tracking number and it said they had the delivered it the same day the order went through, (of course it wasn't) although it still says order is being processed. Not to mention the wait time on customer service" 17 min, 14 min, 12 min, 24 minutes. I give up
I purchased a pair of size 9.5 shoes. Somehow they were changed to a 5, even though I checked my order repeatedly. I got the run around while ringing Skechers and eventually got a return label. Sent the shoes back approximately two weeks ago. No refund from Skechers. I am very disappointed and angry that they would keep my money. The shoes were signed for, so I know they received them. I won't buy Skechers again.
Sketchers had an online sale for $65 shoes for $32.99. I ordered two pair. The order was taking longer than anticipated, so I went and checked my order. They had canceled it without any notice. I filed the online form to inquire, and no one got back to me in 7 days, so after one hour on hold to speak to a customer service representative they said the shoes sold out. The shoes are still for sale for $65. They do not want to honor the price that I ordered the shoes. Shady!
PLEASE make these shoes in other color. I am 65 yrs old, work as a full time furniture salesperson and walk our 180,000 sq. Ft. Showroom. I can only wear Sketchers on the cement floors. Company policy says we must wear closed toes and the back must have a heel or strap, no mulls. These are perfect. Can I get more colors- tan,
Brown, gray and black. While you're at it, I could use more Brown shoes in my warerobe.

I purchased a pair of Sketchers hiking boots for my husband for Christmas. He loved them until they started coming apart after 3 months. For the record he is disabled, (systemic arthritis) no way he damaged the shoes, they were just horribly made. I was finally able to reach customer service in June, sent photos, and Sketchers agreed to accept the return and issue a replacement, I was told it would take about 5 weeks. Well, 9 weeks go by, no one answers the phone, and I am on hold for more than an hour on 8 different occasions. I try leaving my number for a call back and either they don't call back or if they do they giggle and hang up. I have now been on hold for over 2 hours when they finally answer the phone. The girl is lovely and trying to help me, but the first thing she said was the replacement was denied as the shoes were in bad shape. I told her I would launch a class action suit. Then things were different. I explained my husbands extreme limitations, and she was suddenly able to send a pair of replacement shoes. Will never buy anything from this company again. Poor quality, deceitful customer service.
Mailed back, three months ago, at my expense ($17) $68 shoes that were defective. Was promised new shoes. Never received them. My emails are not answered. And there is no way to speak to a customer service person about this.
The Skechers brand has greatly improved my mobility over the years. My lower back doesn't ache like it did ten years ago, and my planters fasciitis has substantially improved since changing over to the most comfortable shoe I've personally have ever worn. There's no going back now!

Skechers ordering on this website is ridiculous. I completed an order on two different occasions only to be emailed days later that they were out of stock, and my order is cancelled. No one in customer service responds to emails. Why are they saying in stock on website if they don't have the stock? Disappointing and frustrating. America!
So, I placed an order last night in their web site, before checkout it had given me my 20%off ( which in my email stated no code was needed, would be taken off at checkout), and I had a 5.00 reward coming so I added that too. So I added my payment information, clicked to pay, and BAM- they removed my 20%off. So I tried to call, not available, so I sent an email, actually 2 emails because I didn't realize the 1st one went through. Here I sat at work waiting to get an email, text ( they have my phone # too) nothing sent. So our computers go down, I use this opportunity to call. I am places on hold for 20 mins., Decide to have them call back. They do, and tell me they will honor the 20%off code. I said OK, then Veronica tells me the code is too old and she can't honor it. So I ask for a full refund. She has no idea I sent an email or where it goes to, so now I have to hope they don't send the shoes that I told them I didn't want in an email I sent 2 mins. After paying when I noticed I didn't get the 20%off. Terrible business practices. Now I remember why I switched to New Balance in the first place. Buyer beware, the shoes were really cute too, it's a shame. They had an arch support which I was extremely excited about in the first place because I have Plantar Fasciatis and need a show with an arch support and shoes now a days just don't seem to have one. Oh well- lesson learned.
Visited the Sketchers outlet store to purchase a gift card and I was greeted by Hector and Kenna. They were both friendly and helpful. I ended up purchasing a gift card and a pair of the new slip ins shoes.
My husband placed an order for two pairs of shoes on the Skechers.com site. The system did not give him a confirmation so he thought the order did not go thru so he placed 2 additional orders. The next day he sees that Skechers took the money for all three orders out of our bank account and sent him an email that they received orders but did not know when they would ship due to heavy demand. My husband called the customer service that day and asked for two of the orders to be cancelled. They told him that they do not cancel orders, that he would have to wait until the items shipped and were received by him and then he could call customer service again and request a return authorization, or just refuse the orders when delivered. Once the item is returned they would refund us our $320.96 back, approx 5 days after receipt and would send us an email.
I told my husband this is crazy, who doesn't allow you to cancel an order that has not even shipped yet?
I told him I would call customer service and request a cancellation. So the next day I called and spoke to customer service at the Skechers.com *******411. They then told me that they do not cancel orders, but that when I get an email from the freight company that the shipment is on its way I can call the freight company and tell them to send the order back. Who does this? Who makes the Freight company do their job? Worst policy ever! You can return and wait weeks/months for your money back, but you CAN NOT CANCEL an order. Very frustrating, and will be interesting to see how long it takes them to actually ship his order to him, as of today 7-12-22 has not shipped but they have taken $460.96 out of our bank account and are enjoying our money while we work with the freight company to do Skechers job and then wait for Skechers to give us a credit - I think we should change them interest. We will now be sending back all 3 orders and will never order Skechers again. This is not the right way to treat your customers.
Answer: I'll let you know when I get my refund. Until then there is no story.
