I was pleasantly surprised by your store employee Margareta, her service on November the 10th was prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. I ended up buying more than I needed that day! Sid

Haven't worn them for 3 months and the sole is peeling off. I don't even do anything strenuous in them. Rubbish and a complete waste of money. Don't bother with this brand.

The shoes really hurt my feet (wore the skin off the back cause it dug into the flesh, no flexibility) after wearing them once but they did not care at all and no exceptions could be made and even just asking if an exception could me made was about 6 or 7 emails worth of auto replies. They just kept telling me to send it in to see if the shoes were defective but then they wouldn't tell me what would happen if they were NOT defective. I kept trying to explain its not about if they are defective or not. I finally after this last email (I lost count of how many it took) found out if they were deemed not defective, I wouldn't get the shoes back, and I would get a coupon for 35% off the next purchase. Yeah... no thanks. The communication is TERRIBLE it took so many emails to find out simple answers to simple questions. I think they are all robots that don't have critical thinking skills that just cut and paste replies from a generic list of options. If you have any issue at all, you're not gonna get a resolution.

2 months of wear and big flappy sole starts to come up and actually Falls off somewhere from my desk to my car. I was going to crazy glue it but seriously who should have to do that anyway? Crappy build. You are better off buying something solid for a little more money than buying new shoes every 2 months. Wrote to sketchers. Complained. Sent photos. They did respond. Said No, not eligible for a refund because shoes do degrade over time! After 8 weeks? P. L. E. A. S. E.

Went to a local Rubino's store and was attracted to some skechers... until I saw the Goodyear logo on them. I appreciate that Skechers is using recycled materials but I don't want to be advertising a tire company on my shoes.
Previously enjoyed Skechers... look forward to the logo disappearing so that I can buy some again.

I returned a pair of shoes as per Skechers return policy. I have tracking verification that they were signed for by a Skechers employee. I have not received my refund. Customer service is non existent. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I will have to go through a charge back on my credit card. Don't buy anything from Skechers Canada!

I was so looking forward to getting my slip ons because they sounded perfect. The concept is great and they would be the perfect tennis shoe if they didn't run small. I always order a half size bigger for tennis shoes and even with that my toes come right to the end of the shoe and after about 1/2 hour I need to change shoes. They have great support but would ever greater if they were true to size.

The sales associate I dealt with was Mihaela of the Sherway Gardens location. It was a very busy and understaffed store but she dealt with each customer with great care, including me. She was fast and efficient and was always smiling. She was personable and open in who she was and the product shel was representing. They are very comfortable shoes and I was surprised at the weightlessness of the shoes themselves. I only intended to buy one pair but she showed me several different styles and I ended up buying two pairs as she pointed out the sale. I would have bought more, and probably bought the ones that the money goes to the animal shelter, but I was lacking in funds. I will give others her name and direct them to her for excellent shoes. I am wearing them today and am enjoying my purchases. I hope to see Mihaela again soon!

I purchased a pair of skechers ******* model shoes about 6 months ago. I used them as my nice shoes for about 3 months to break them in, which consist of wearing them 2-3 times a week for about 4 hours each time. I started wearing them as my regular dailys and after several weeks i noticed them falling apart. I contacted skechers and sent in all the information requested. I was told to send them in at my expense since i purchased them from a "3rd party seller" ( Famous Foot Wear). I told them that did not seam fair so they offered me a 30% off coupon. Not what i wanted, i want them to stand by their warrantee and replace them since they were only 4.5 months old when they started to fall apart. Their warrantee is for 2 years. I WILL NEVER BUY SKECHERS AGAIN AND RECOMEND NO ONE ELSE TO EVER DO SO. Only

They tell you to send photos of your product, have you send it in then say overworn not bad manufactoring.

I used the suggestion for the best shoes for me on the sketchers website. Since It's my 1st pair and I have bone spurs and other foot pains I figured that was best. WRONG! I wore them for just 1 hour and couldn't stand the pain! They made it much worse! I tried them again the next day, and again the pain was excruciating! I didn't think my pain could get worse but these shoes proved me Wrong! I wanted sketchers for years! But my children came 1st! And now I'm out 75$ because once you wear them, you can't return them! That should of been my 1st clue! DUH me! :(

The absolute best should I have EVER worn. I am on my feet all day and these work like a charm. My feet aren't sore or tender at the end of the day and for some reason I no longer have leg cramps at night. Just absolutely amazing

If you want the shoes buy them anywhere but from their website. I ordered a pair of sale flip flops for 22.99 -got confirmation and 3DAYS later on a Saturday they cancelled saying they were unavailable. THE VERY NEXT DAY - A SUNDAY THEY WERE " BACK IN STOCK " for 40.00. They are running a scam online-buyer beware

If you buy from Canada in the Canadian website it will take the same amount of time as if you had to go pick them up yourself driving in car for thousands of KM. It is ridiculous. The 14 business days arent real. It takes them way more time to ship. Forget buying from them online, worst shipping service.
