I purchased 2 male shoes for Rs ******* plus( not discounted/ sale item)from Sketcher showroom on the second floor of South City mall, kolkata. In hardly one month, fabric of one started tearing out, with torn threads hanging out all around. The second pair started tearing around the upper rim within one and half months.And the worst thing is the customer desk says that it is not manufacturing defect, rather it is usage/ maintenance problem and hence no refund/ exchange was allowed.They don't even have a repair service.I would request all of you to never buy such cheap and substandard product at such exorbitant price.Andnever step into that showroom who sell worn out products and blame it on you. I am a doctor and I take it as a social cause to warn you against this

My tennis shoes and sandals they felt so so comfortable in the shop. Having walked a few days in each pair I find one shoe rubs terribly on the right side under the arch bone leaving a horrible stiff like pain where I limp!
On closer inspection I find the outside edges of the shoes are asymmetrical with the left about 5 millimeters higher than the right. This is the cause of the problem. Both shoes are going back today for a full refund! Don't wear these as they are harmful to your feet

I purchased a brand-new Sketcher shoe, and I use it very rare (May be 20 times in a year). Recently I travelled on a business trip for three weeks, and I trust Skechers shoes will be the only shoes that I need, then in less than two weeks, my left shoe has damaged. See the picture. (The damage in the left shoe). This is the first time I purchased a Sketcher brand, but really the quality disappoints me.

I am on my 5th pair of skechers and this pair squeaks when playing on a pickleball court. It is embarrassing and many people have commented on it. All skechers will do is ask that I return them (I have to pay postage) and they will send them to the manufacturer to evaluate. They are not going to put them on and use them on a court so they won't see the problem. They have VERY poor customer service and this is the last pair I will be buying from this manufacturer.

Sketchers use to be my favorite sneakers and sandals. They fit me perfectly. Now, everything is big and bulky. To wide for my narrow foot. The sandals are ugly and uncomfortable. I have blisters from the sandals (5). Horrible. I knew I should not have bought them. What a waste of money. I'm so upset. Any pair of Skechers I put on fit me perfectly, now nothing fits. I'm done! I won't waste my time or money anymore. Below is a picture of the Sandls that left many blisters

Sketcher used to be my favorite working and running shoes, but this is the second (and the last) time I got slip resistant shoes for work, and… surprise! They're slippery. Still good shoes for walking, they are so comfortable. But I'm never ever buying this shoes for work.

I bought a pair of arch support Skechers to treat my old feet. I wore them 4 -5 months. They started to squeak about 3 weeks after I wore them. Then they started to break down. The inside fabric wore off to just rubber, and plastic pieces started to fall out of ankle support. I contacted Skechers support, sent pictures and their best offer was to purchase a new pair at 35% off. No replacement! I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they are just avoiding my email - there has been NO response from them! Skechers are disposable shoes just months after you purchase them at Top Dollar! DO NOT waist your money and buy them! Walmart /Target/Kohls/etc. Have sport shoes that cost way less, last way longer, and have better customer care!

Went to the Skechers outlet store where the team of gals (Janette, Alyssa, etc.) helped me find the perfect shoes for walking! Since it was buy one and get 2nd 50% off, I bought two pair. Enjoying my Go Walk comfort shoes and my everyday shoes. Thank you gals for all your help!

Skechers used to make durable shoes.now they are starting to fall apart I. A couple months.3 different pairs.I'm about to give up on them

I have had many skechers over the years, and they make the most comfortable tennis shoes, maybe they don't last forever but so comfy!

Ordered golf shoes on May 20th 2023. Followed tracking and the other day the shoes were sent back to Skechers place of business in California. Emailed Skechers.ca and got no response. Phoned and no one answers or calls you back, Not sure why shoes got sent back to sender and since no one will contact me, I probably never will know why. Sent another email today to cancel order because I was hoping to get the shoes before the end of summer because of a short golf season in Calgary. Looks like that won't happen. Will review again to say if I got a refund or not. Have never had such bad service especially a company that size, I would have thought they would be a little more professional. Live and learn.

I am normally a fan of Skeecher shoes and have visited multiple stores. I went into the store on 3888 W Hillsbourgh in Deerfield today. I was racially profiled and followed. I was so closely followed that one of the associates trip up over her feet when I suddenly turned around. It was so obvious she couldn't say or doing anything except turn around too. I have no need to steal anything in any store. Because I am black it does not mean I will steal. I will let other customers know not to shop at this store especially if they are black.

The arch support slip resistant shoes I got 4 months ago caused problems with my feet and Skechers won't refund me the $95 for them. They are only offering 35% discount for online shopping.

bought shoes from chatswood store sydney for my wife.she was wear it and felt rash on top of her feet we thought maybe its small back to store and changed to bigger size and she was wearing with socks after 4 hours she sent home from work and her skin came off also the color of shoes changed in one day we backed to store to refund and never back to skeechers they've been very rude and didn't accept refund because $#*! policy even head office useless.i strongly recommend don't ever shop from skeechers.

I ordered a pair of womans sneakers and received a pair of mens golf shoes. Their website said I could return them at the local store. I went there and was told that I couldn't get a refund because I used PayPal for my online purchase. I could have a store credit but it would not include the shipping charges I paid for. I will NEVER purchase Skechers from their online store again. They sent me something not even close to what I ordered and would not refund the shipping costs for their mistake.

Started falling apart after a couple months light use, big 5 accepted no responsibility, cost was higher than New Balance, do not buy!
