Bought on Nov 16 for a crhristmas gift for my mother, did not receive anything after a month of dealing with this, got a new pair shipped which was to arrive on december 22, just to find out the box was empty, trying to reach customer service by email and by phone and nothing. Frustrated beyond words. Will never buy from this website again
I bought these shoes because the last pair lasted me a bit. This pair I bought in Mid September and they didn't last 3 months before they started separating at the sole. Very disappointing. I guess I'll just have to switch over to black sneakers instead.
Terrible customer service, nobody calls you back, my order 21 days late terrible company, should not even be in business...DO not ever order from them.
Bought sneakers at dept store in October. Four weeks later they broke. Emailed customer service they wanted a ton of pics which I sent immediately. They confirmed all pics were good and info on the label can be seen wait for next steps. Weeks went by nothing. I reached out again and now they are saying send them back and we'll inspect them and then let you know what we think. WHAT?! Why would you waste my time with sending pics and labels etc if all I had to do is send them back. Will probably cost more to ship then to just buy another pair (WHICH I WILL NOT).
My order is missing. I placed order on Nov.18th. No one will talk to me either by phone or by chat. They have my money and now don't care if they fulfill my order, it's lost or been returned to them. No accountability to the customer. $225. Out.
I bought 2 pairs of sneakers, one of them, I am sure, had the incorrect size on the tag. It was tagged as a 6.5, but I am sure it had to be a 6 or even a 5.5. I could hardly get them on my feet, once I did they were incredibly and painfully tight.
I wear a 6.5 in their sneakers, (I have several pairs), the second pair in the order fit as normal, so it's not like my foot grew. I tried to contact Skechers to ask,
1) would they replace the shoes instead of having to return and rebuy and
2) would they arrange a UPS pick up. My mom was injured and I don't want to leave her alone to take the shoes to UPS.
The agent responded, "we don't do that", never asked what is the defect, never showed empathy. I hung up the phone, emailed Skechers and explained the situation, they have plenty of orders on my account to know that every order is a 6.5 and I don't return anything. I never heard back from them.
I decided to try the chat because I couldn't believe a company wouldn't want to know of a defective product, and a company would at least try to help the customer when an issue is not the customer's fault. I got the same response, "we don't do that, you can call UPS but there is a charge". I explained I am returning something that is defective, not something I decided I don't like. Again, absolutely no interest in what is wrong with the shoes, or my problem. I then asked "how would I go about canceling my account" next thing I know I get a message that says "we have requested cancellation of your account" it may take 24-48 hours to complete.
I didn't ask to cancel my account now, I actually would have preferred to cancel it after my return was received and refunded, so I can track the refund on the account.
I called UPS, paid for the pick up, and I returned both pairs of shoes, if Skechers isn't interested in making a defect right with a customer who repeatedly shops from them, they don't deserve my loyalty or my money. I buy their shoes because they are stylish for casual wear, have great colors, and are comfortable, not for their foot support or stability.
Together with my colleague,we both bought a pair Skechers men's shoes for kitchen use. Both soles opens up in about 4 months after use. May I know what glue you used for Skechers men's shoes for kitchen use? Really sucks...I will not buy it again. I bought another pair of no brand shoes from shopee cost around $19...it's much lighter and comfy and lasting. Shame on you, we pay for your advertisement. Quality is damn lousy
Skechers shoes is one of dangerous shoe to wear i almost fall becouse hooks of this shoes get tangled with each pair i am gonna post pictures of it as a example. And i am writing this
Coz my arm get injured when pair of shoes get tangled i almost lost balance in stairs.
The slip ons have a piece in the back of the shoe and cause your foot to slid forward. This causes pressure on your toes. They are horrible shoes, don't waste your money. I am going to send them back because they have been worn and the store will not deal with them. Shall see if Skechers stands behind their products.
Be aware and avoid purchasing #skechers shoes! If you get a bad pair, you are on your own! Terrible management "service", if you walk out the store with them you are on your own! I bought my shoes at Skechers -Chula Vista, CA, mall. Eight days after, an issue with the heel counter manifested: it bended inwards. I headed to a Sketchers store in El Centro, Ca, and exposed the issue and, the first thing they ask you: did you keep the original BOX!? Be honest: how many original shoeboxes do you keep after purchasing them? After a heated exchange of words with the "manager" of Skechers store at El Centro, CA, he told me that in the website it says that you MUST keep the original box for 45 days! Even so, once you walk out of the store with them, they are considered used and not exchangeable!
I have used that brand for a long time but I am switching back to New Balance (reason being that they are the only ones who have extra wide sizes) And now you know!
I bought pair of shoes week ago, worn them twicely, after rain shoes just got smaller, and not comfortable anymore. I wanted to return those shoes with my receipt - and they told me they can't return it. I will never buy shoes from you again
Bought new, a month later the soles are falling off. I contacted sketchers and no reply. So im suppose to pay 130 each month. THEY ARE JUNK! Company customer service sucks...
I have purchased 2 pairs of hiking shoes and 1 pair of sneakers all have fallen apart where the upper is glued to the sole. 1 pair didn't last 1 month just wearing around the house. Sketchers products are complete junk!
I'm 65 years old and have worn a lot of shoes and sneakers in my lifetime and none have ever self destructed like these. Goes to show you Chinese quality. They will take your money and run.
Please Please Please buy any other brand of shoe or sneaker or you will be truly sorry.
I will never buy anything with the sketchers name on it ever again. Please read the other reviews and most are negative.
I called to Skechers in the Bkanchardstwon Centre this morning. There were 3 large red posters stating that if you buy one pair of Skechers you get 30% off a second pair. I picked 2 pairs of slip-on trainers priced at €105 per pair. When I went to pay for them, the shop assistant told me that all slip-on shoes were excluded from the 30% reduction on the second pair and he quoted me €210 for the two pairs. I asked to speak to the nanager and a courteous lady advised me that I should have read the small print at the bottom of the larger red advertising posters stating that "certain items are not included". I then walked out of the store and went into Ecco on the ground floor of the Blanchardstown Centre and I purchased two pairs of trainers for €180 which are much superior quality to the Skechers trainers. The misleading advertisement in Skechers stores is appalling and is designed to attract customers into the store. I will never shop in a Skechers store again.

Their shoes are horrible. I kept losing my balance while trying to stand still not to mention when I return them they claim they gave my money back and then e gift card which I never asked for. There is no egift card number one and number two there is no way to get them to give you your money back. Just report it to the Better Business Bureau like I am. They are thieves and nothing else but scammers! Buyer beware
8 days after taking my credit card order, and my shoes still haven't left California. I asked then to cancel via email since their call center "service" is just a bot, and they said no. Just return them once received. I an dieing of ALS. By that time it may be too late.

I ordered a pair of shows almost two weeks ago and the only order information I get is in progress. I contacted the company for more information and they said I would get no tracking information until the shoes arrived in Canada. I asked for a refund as I expected better, but I was told that it was not an option. This is totally unacceptable. I expected better from their brand. I bought from the Canadian site but I have to wait for my shoes to arrive from California? Not Happy!
Dear sketchers today's I hv visit ur outlets Ranchi main road (near Central mall) ur employee Dolly Giri convinced me really I am very very impressed and I have purchased approx ******* due to ur employee behaviour and excelente convinced me great and appreciated

Bought two pairs of sketches clogged find them extremely hot and for some reason my feet feel wet just walking in the wet ground not in puddles. Don't think I'll buy sketches again.
Never buy a shoe from Skechers. Should you want to return them they will not refund your original payment but give you a E gift card. I returned a pair of Skechers and I should have taken a picture of them because they said what I returned had been worn and was unsaleable. They have pictures of worn shoes and say this is what you returned to them. It is a complete lie and are using these pictures as to not to give a customer a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
Answer: I'll let you know when I get my refund. Until then there is no story.
