The customer service representative was really good but why was I unable to access my account and the tracking information? Order #*******678. And then suddenly while I was talking with her I had access to usps tracking. I mean it was instant as if she clicked a button. The account is really not important. I just need a reliable parts source. But I am the customer using email *******@protonmail.com. Your account signup is out of date. The computer came back and called my attempt an error, then told me that *******@protonmail.com was already in us. First time in twenty years I saw that message. My email works when you use it. How in the World could it be used by someone else?
Shipping took a little longer than anticipated but they did arrive however were hanging out of the box and slightly damaged

I never received the spark plugs that I ordered. I let their "customer service" know and all they kept telling me was what was on the tracking. It shows delivered by Amazon with no delivery picture, I can't open a dispute with them since I ordered it directly through the sixty site. I guess my only choice is to dispute it with my credit card. I will never order from Sixty again, very poor customer service! As you can see from my hand, no spark plugs!
What can I say except they work and did my stage 2 Mk7 GTI lots of favors. Previous plugs were toast.
Denso Ignition coil Advertise for Celica 2000 to 2005 is Incorrect.
My Car is Celica 2002 and it has Shorter Ignition Coils.
Sixity Auto Denso Ignition Coils are Longer so I called Customer Service and Returned the Denso Ignition coils I Received.
