Easy and fast looking forward to ordering my front axles next week
I ordered two front sixity xt axles for my 99 polaris sportsman 500 in 05/2020. Recently I discovered the right axle boot was ripped at the large end. I ordered a replacement and installed it. In doing so I noticed the left axle boot had a rip in the same place as right. Upon further inspection I noticed the boots rub on the bottom of the strut causing them to rip open. I called customer service in hopes to come to a solution. Since one axle is out of warranty, there's nothing that they can do. I told customer service that it is a design flaw and needs to be looked into, and a recall should be put in place or a full refund should be offered. I belong to a on line polaris forum and a few people have had the same issue. Sixity said that there has not been enough complaints to warrant a recall. Sixity sent me replacement boot kits but they are the same size boots that came with the axles. Now i have to replace both axles again with a different company and further more I'm out $233.00 for all 3 axles Not a happy customer at all.
Will definitely find another way so I can get the my dream parts to be added on my collection, services are superb too

This was by far one of the cheapest cv axles I have found my buddy has used them recommended to try them. Looking forward to getting them and putting them to the test.

I was sold a defective product. I alerted the company. They refused to send replacement axles until they received the returned units and then "deemed them defective". Meanwhile I would not be able to use my atv (tool) for several weeks. This was not acceptable. I chose to purchase a replacement set from another vendor. I received them many weeks quicker than I did with the original Sixity purchase and they are working fine, no defects. I chose to keep the original faulty axles and not pursue any replacement refund as I am done with that company.

This resolution does not require that the defective axles return to our facility for inspections, but rather as soon as the return tracking number is updated; showing that the axles are on their way back, we are able to immediately send out the replacement product. BRAKE PADS WORKED GREAT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT SOCKETS BEFORE TRYING TO REMOVE CAPILER BOLTS. THE UTUBE VIDEO WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THIS PROJECT.

Thank you for notifying us of your axle fitment issue. As you stated all Sixity axles are warrantied for one year to be free from factory or workmanship defects. We reviewed our orders going back two years for the same application vehicle and have not had any other returns with this issue brought to our attention before. Oversize tires and suspension lift or lowering kits can cause fitment issues as well with the axles, our axles are designed for original OE fit.
