Ordered front and rear axles for my SXS order picker sent axles for 2 different machines. Got deployed outside US when I returned 10 days after return window I was told to bad we won't correct our mistake or take ownership of it. Typical CA company for you my last purchase ever.
Fast delivery. The parts were correct. The only issue was with the spring retaining clip. It wasn't compressed enough and I had to use the old one. I put on 60 miles since replacement and they seam to work properly.

Price and quality very good. I did have a slight issue. I put the new shaft in but then had to pull it out to re Position yet and when I did the inner chef came out of the Bering I had to take the clamp off make sure the bearings are good but a shout back in reclaim to boot other than that no issues at all

I can buy your products from a number of other places. Or not buy your products at all.

The online ordering option is really simple to utilise. No complaints because I don't have to wait long for delivery. The employees at the sixity shop are really courteous and helpful. I'll absolutely use their axles in the future. If you have an issue, they will take care of it!
The ease of finding the part i am looking for and the price is great
I spoke with nick on the phone in customer service, my question was not common and he did everything to find it. Told me he would call me back at 4pm, and he did. Unfortunately i was not there to pick up the call, he called me back the next day to follow up. Honestly, the most helpful and delightful experience with customer service i have ever had.
