I am into extreme sports and I have a very nice Honda bike! I adore it for real, and of course it requires some service from time to time. It's kinda tough to find something appropriate for my baby, because usually there are no parts at all at shops. But here, I just inserted the year, brand and model name and it gave me a plethora of different parts for my bike. Without any thoughts I issued an order and was happy to receive it.

I ordered a Mule Drive belt in Dec. Because of weather and sickness was not able to install until Feb. Called customer service and they confirmed the wrong belt was sent. I was told I had missed the return window and I would be charged a 30% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. This would be more than the belt is worth. So much for their advertised claims. The buyer is responsible for Sixity's mistakes!
If the wrong item was sent, of course we would strive to correct within a timely manner. We apologize your order was past the normal return period however we should be able to accept the part in new and uninstalled condition and exchange for the correct belt. First time using your site. Easy to get what I wanted. Put part on and had to take it off several trimes to modify it and part of fairing on bike, it was not a quick put it on and be done. Needless to say I was not real happy.
