With 100% consistency, customer service has been excellent with as has hosting speed and performance. I am a U.S. customer and service and hosting performance from SiteGround has far exceeded the U.S. based hosting companies I have used in the past. Every time I have a problem, these goodfellas do their job professionally and quickly! The last time I encountered the problem of not being able to log in to the admin panel on the site after a backup, but Martin fixed it in a few minutes. Ive spoken to many sales reps and most are either incompetent, too focused on squeezing every penny out of customers or rude - non of which helps with long term business - Aleksader Ts was the opposite and if I ever need to buy anything else, Ill be asking for him because I trust him and appreciate his manners and competence - top guy

It didn't take long for the support person to figure things out and have me all up and running again. Not surprised. I rarely have any problems but if I do they always figure things out for me and are very patient, friendly, and professional. Is one of the reasons I have been with Siteground for many years.

Siteground carelessly migrated our site. It's been down for hours. SSH which we use for backups, remote mysqls all are gone. IN addition, they switched our A records to default. The worst part is they don't even care. I've chatted with some support and they just"advance a ticket" to which I wait an hour to get a 1 line answer and a link to a tutorial. No real help. This is so horrible if you own a business and they mess up your site during their "aintance"

We would like to clarify that your DNS information has not been modified during the upgrade of your account interface to SiteTools, however, our agent misled you that we did. Please accept our sincere apologies for the incorrect information provided to you over the chat.

The SSH connection issue was caused by the new, more secure naming convention of your root folder in Site Tools. As the reported issue was beyond the expertise of our chat operator, he opened a ticket, so that your case could be examined by a more experienced technician. Regarding the remote MYSQL issue, it turned out the website had to be reconfigured to use the correct website URL. We are glad to see that all the described issues have been resolved via the ticket. As a sign of apology for the experienced difficulties, we have compensated your account and emailed you with more details.
