Daniel Bal was quick to respond and answered my question quickly. Unrelated to Daniel the one thing I think could be made easier is finding the Chat Icon. I had to poke around in Support and I think it only popped up after I started sending an email.
Will be developing more on Siteground now. I could not have accomplished this in a week. I write lots of articles on history and appartments for rent but I have not been a programmer for 30 years. Not my strength. This has set me free to do what I can do well. Thank you.

I was experiencing some frustrating hosting issues, and Mariya was excellent in troubleshooting my issue. Be very careful. You don't receive any discounts on renewal. My hosting price went from $7.45 per month to almost $30.00 per month! As a small business, an increase of over 300% in price is not something that my budget can handle. If I did the same in my business with my prices, I'd be out of business.
I was going to give 2 stars due to not having issues in the 2 years I was with Siteground. However reading the insincere replies from them to the many other customers who have the same issue left me needing to change to a 1 star. Jumping up prices like that was deceptive (as much as they say they are being transparent with their prices).
Getting you in on a 'too good to be true' promotional price to have you do the hard work and move over to be stung by the "regular" price as soon as it renews.
Luckily I cancelled renewal before this happened. I asked them if there was anything that could be done and the price offered was still double what I can pay in my local area.
I'd suggest going elsewhere. I can get a local hosting company to host for less than half the cost.

Answer: There are certainly many other hosting companies out there, some of which appear cheaper, but there is a difference between low cost and good value. I have not found a hosting company that is better than sitegound
