For economical reasons I wanted to migrate my page to a cheaper host, especially because I am not using my (touristic) website due to covid. But in the process I realized how fantastic the support is from Site Ground and how bad unfortunately at other hosting sites. Fast, clear and helpful information! I decided to stick with the good instead of going for cheaper, thanks to the staff. Money wise it still hurts a bit paying 110€ more per year...

Whenever i have a problem, i find that i have an online support immediately at service. Unlike my past hosting providers... siteground is way different. Be here and experience it.
Most hosting providers today are stable and reliable. So I rate those I use and try based on the support, is it fast, do take the time that is needed, are they knowledgeable and positive.
And this is a big yes to all the above for me.
Problem sorted out. I had a post which redirected to 404 page not found. Tha page was recovered going through back-ups
I switched to sg a few years ago and have been very happy. My site runs fast, I get crazy good site security, and the customer service is FAST and knowledgable!

I have had siteground for 3 years running my ecommerce site and continue to be impressed with my encounters with customer service and with the overall service. Every interaction has been professional and prompt. The more involved technical issues are quickly and seamlessly escalated to an advanced technical support team and promptly handled. Managing websites is a joint affair between a host and the client and Site Ground always makes it pleasurable - a rare thing and especially in the shared hosting business. I have used Gsuite, HostGator, GoDaddy, Ionos/1and1, Digital Ocean, AWS - no one has the level of customer service of SiteGround. Yes I have had cheap $10/mth hosting - but what kind of customer service (or performance) can a provider afford to offer that that price.
You definitely get what you pay for with Siteground. Super fast loading time, incredible support. I wouln't go anywhere eles.
The contact person(Dragomir G) was very friendly and patient. It was helpful to me as I am not very well versed in the issue I am facing.
I can not say how much i was helped, with the redirecting issues i had since i am not well versed in this kind of things. The chat person was patient with me for 1 hour as i asked alot of things and she pointed me to what i had to do and what i had to check. Thaks alot people!
