Brian arranged to have my tires sent by courier immediately from Ferrari to Burt Brothers so that I could get them installed in a timely manner and not need to cancel the order. Some agents are very frustrating in giving unreliable and not straightforward information, resulting in much aggravation and wasted time.
We ordered was happy got the confirmation of the order being placed (Saturday), Monday comes I see they cancelled our order but they took the $. We've been on the phone we're getting our money back and we're going through somewhere else this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with regarding purchases online
I had placed an incorrect order and had to cancel it right away (within 8 hrs) However, what the website does not indicate is that you have 30mins to do so, after that, you can't cancel. I called them and the first rep was unwilling to do anything about the order. He simply "sorried" me to death. The second said he had submitted a canceled request but yet, the tiresmanaged to be delivered.
On the second purchase attempt, I tried ordering another set and this time, SimpleTire could not get ahold of the installer. Amanda, from simple tire contacted me and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order because they could not get ahold of the installer. I said yes and ended up buying the tires locally. The next day I got an email that the tires had been shipped even though I canceled them.
Now, I have to worry about having all 8 tires shipped back to Simple tire because their cancelation is useless and pointless. I have to print the labels and hope that they picked up the tires from the shops,, otherwise, I have go pick them up and take them to FEDEX.
Simple tire isn't quite so simple. Beware!
Ordered tires on September 8th. Received 2 tires by September 15th and then never received the other 2 tires. It is now September 21st.
I have no complaints. I was a little worried at first because I only have a week to get my truck inspected and my tires won't pass, so I need them asap. So I took a chance and ordered my tires around 10pm on 9/18/21, hoping they would be delivered before the end of the month. Today at around 2pm, not even a full 72 hours later, they were sitting on my front porch. I was also able to use one of the payment plan options and that was a very easy process, as well. I 100% recommend.
Paid almost 900 for tires, scheduled an install through Simpletire, and received an install date. Received confirmation from Simpletire via text and email that the install had been confirmed. Dropped my car off and got a call from the installer saying there were no tires and they'd never heard anything at all from Simpletire. Called Simpletire and they told me the tires hadn't even left the warehouse yet and wouldn't be delivered for three more days. I cancelled the order and they told me they had to treat it as a return and I wouldn't get a refund until the tires were back in the warehouse... even though the tires were still in the warehouse. Waiting to see when the refund comes through. Will never do business with these people again. When I asked why I got a confirmation for an install date when the tires were still in the warehouse, I was told the system just generates them automatically. Don't gamble on this company.
My journey started on 7-17-2021 damaged tire due to manufacture defect. Contacted simple tire rep sent pics. Told someone would be contacting me soon. Called back 7-23-2021 sent more pictures agreed tire was damaged and was working on replacing it. Called back about a week later now need to bring tire to reputable dealer after three weeks and 5 reputable dealers finally satisfied their requirements instructed to send rear tires back. Many emails with no response. Around 9-8-21 after three phone calls. My phone rings, will be warranting the tires but prices have gone up my original two tires cost $219. After billing my credit card $145 I received two warranty tires on 9-15-2021. You should be ashamed of that customer service debacle. Dennis Rowland
What a scam charged me for the wrong tires and I thought well I will just follow the return process lol its been 3 months only received 3 of the tires I have sent them back after they refused to email me a valid shipping label still waiting on the 4 tire and haven't been refunded for there mistake I had no other option than to report them to my credit card company I can not urge anymore to not purchase anything from simple tire

Took money, canceled my order the day the tire were supposed to arrive, and now won't refund my money... they keep giving me the run around. "It will be 3 to five business days." "It's complete, it going to take 10 days to show up in you account." "Your bank has to release the money." I called my bank they don't place a hold on inbound credits. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" " GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE AT ALL IS BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY."

Placed my order for 2 tires size 33x12.50xr24 on September 3 2021 tires suppose to be delivered September 7 2021 on the date for the delivery around 3pm get a text message saying your delivery date has been pushed back to September 13 2021. Called and asked why they respond with the warehouse didn't have the size tire. Okay so why didn't yall call when I made the order. Will never order from SIMPLE TIRE again.

I see that you are wanting to cancel your order and if they hadn't been shipped already I would have taken care of this immediately for you. What I CAN do is get these tires turned around via a return to sender request and send your order to our urgent refunds department. You will not have to wait for the tires to get back to the warehouse for you to receive your refund. It will take 3 business days at most. I was sent the wrong tires. They wouldn't refund me my money or send me a replacement set until they received the wrong tires back. They told me I must of ordered the wrong tires, Which I didn't! After they received the tires they still wouldn't send a replacement to me. I asked that my money be refunded me am still waiting on that. They lost me a consumer! I added pictures of the tires and they are definitely not the ones I ordered.

Needed tire for my John Deer haybine. My tire dealer could not find the tire I needed so I got online and found Simpletire and found what I needed. Ordered on Fri. And the tire was at my door on Sun.

Found the exact tires I needed. Found helpful information to assist in my purchase on the website. Fast and accurate delivery more importantly the tires were not squeezed by shrink wrapping which makes installing difficult. These guys know what they are doing, and make it painless to upgrade tires, wish I would have done it sooner!
Horrible service I had to reach out myself to see why my order was delayed and after I got an answer it was that they were out of stock of them and no where had the tire I needed after I paid extra for shipping don't buy anything from here
I ordered tires for my son's truck. One of the tires that came had a defect. It was out of round and could not be balanced. I contacted the company and they recommended purchasing a new tire and then go through the return process to obtain a refund. I did purchase the tire which came and it was mounted. It has been six weeks and they refuse to except the manufacture defect tire back. I have no idea why. They asked for a report from the installer and I provided it. They asked for an invoice from the installer and I provided it. They asked for a report from the balancing machine but that was not available because the tire could not be balanced it simply went beyond the limits of the machine because it was out of round. They still will not except the tire back. Be careful. If you get good tires from them you shouldn't have a problem but if you need to return something you're going to have a problem. They will not honor their warranty. Buyer beware.
Answer: If you look on the sidewall you will find the date stanped in on one side.It will be a 4 digit number, the first 2 numbers are the week and the second 2 are the year. Ex. 4919 would be the 49th week of 2019
