I received my tires for my John Deere 2305 tractor in two days. Very impressed with shipping and the price of the tires was reasonable. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future.

I ordered at tire July 28th 2021 from this company and Oder went through. Money came out of my account. I called Monday August 2nd to check status of my order and they said tire just shipped that day. Then today Tuesday August 3rd I receive and email telling me my order is canceled tire is not in stock! I've been driving on a spare tire for 6 days not expecting I had nothing to worry about and the LIED yesterday telling me my tore was shipped. I don't recommend being let down by these liars. Go somewhere else like tire rack, they always been on time for me. They just didn't have the tire I was looking for so I tires this company and will never do business with them again! I tried uploading picture of my pursuance order and cancelation sent today but could not.

I have ordered many tires from simple tire over several years. All was well until one tire failed. Over 2 years ago, I had a tire I purchased from Simple tire slipped belts and become unusable. I contacted Simple tire. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I did and the manufacturer told me I had to go through the distributor, simpletire. After months of delay, Simpletire made me ship the tire to them. That was the last I heard from simpletire. Then I had a email problem and lost the correspondence.

I will not order from simple tire, since they do not treat customers well. I just ordered 2 tires for $250, and I will order 4 more on Monday, but simple tire will not get the business. They are weasels, trying to weasel out of their responsibility by delay and obfuscation.

Ordered four continental terrain contact h/t tires on a Saturday. Emailed verification of order and they shipped out on Monday. Said 3-5 business days for shipping was scheduled for Wednesday delivery. FedEx delivered on Thursday (not simple tires fault). The experience with simple tire.com was great. Got what others including tire rack didn't have. Price was slightly more than tire rack but what good is it if can't get all you need. Gladly paid the little extra and got everything I ordered as promised. One helpful thing is check your tire manufacturer for rebates. I was able to view and print a great pdf bill off simple tire to put in for the 100 rebate on four tires. This made the little extra worth every penny and then some! Highly recommend these guys.

WAITED 5 MONTHS FOR ANOTHER SHOP TO TELL ME THEY COULDNT GET THE TRIES I REQUIRED. CALLED UP SIMPLE TIRE AND HAD TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT SET HOWEVER THEY WERE DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PURCHASE. COULDNT BE HAPPIER. THANK YOU SIMPLE TIRE FOR MAKING MY TIRE PURCHASE "SIMPLE"

Easy to use good shopping time great price definitely recommend this site to anyone and they have great purchaseing options

I ordered tires from another company back on 06/03 and the company could not give me an eta as of 07/02. I spoke with a rep at SimpleTire on 07/02 and verified items were in stock and after I ordered, I was given a delivery eta of 07/08. The Shop Offroad received the tires on 07/05! I will continue to buy tires for all 4 of my vehicles for life from SimpleTire because of the customer service. They underpromised and over delivered and that's a company I want to give my $$ to.

I DO NOT recommend simple tire. Horrible customer service! Tires did NOT arrive when they were supposed to, asked for an invoice three times and all 3 times got an invoice with someone else's name. Still didn't get an invoice for a break down in fees/charges. Had another customers order under my account. Impossible to have one person f/up and call you back! Horrible experience! Will never order from this company again! Bottom line customer service is HORRIBLE!

The tires were delivered to the wrong address I received the email that it was delivered to 556 Elm Grove road when I live at 5:56 ridgemont drive

Ordered the tires I needed in the size I needed with no hassle, was able to shop all different brands from my phone. Love this site.

I was nervous about purchasing tires online. Would they provide support if I had any issue? The answer is I should have listened to that voice inside my head. My experience: Last year I purchased Michelin 70,000-mile warranty tires, the best money can buy. Last week while driving in 110 deg weather one blew out, side wall bubble. Now Simple Tires says sorry for your inconvenience we will give you 5% off another tire? I know if I would have been smart and purchased these from Big-O or Discount they would have replaced the tires as they only had 5,000 miles on them. Take my advice go to a real store do not make the same mistake as I did.

I ordered two tires for my truck, paid to have them installed by a local dealer. After paying to have the rebalanced, one of the tires proved to be out of round. Simple Tire refuses to stand behind their tires. Ultimately, after several months of aggravation, I had to spend $355 at Sam's Club to replace the defective tires. Since there was so much tread left they asked me if I want to keep the tires Simple Tire sent me. I laughed and told them, they were garbage when they sent them and they still are, my answer was "NO"! I'll never buy from Simple Tire again, they don't stand behind what they sell.

BUYER BEWARE! Sent me 9 year old tires! DOT DATE 2012! Very dangerous! Seller admitted they have no idea where the tires come from or how old/bad they are. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Didn't even try to correct their mistake, I had to pack up the tires and take to Fedex to ship them back and they took the return and resold 9 year old tires to some unlucky person who might not check the DOT date. BAD BUSINESS! AVOID! Reported to Ebay and BBB- this is very unsafe! Tires older than 6 years are a known cause of fatal accidents. You have been warned- buy elsewhere!

Purchased 4 tires in November. Filed warranty claim 2/12/21 for 2 out of round tires. Tires returned 4/21/21. Truck has been on blocks since then! Customer service has ignored inquiries and made excuses i. E. the runaround. Discovered they ship from various third party tires shop. Based on my experience I believe the shop ships inferior or defective products from their inventory.

If you're going to have a tire related business and have it online it would be a good idea to know what tires you're selling and what is and isn't available. Don't offer tired that aren't even made let alone available. Then don't lie about it and send more tires that were wrong to begin with because your lack of product knowledge. Then also don't play around with a customer when it's your fault. There's nothing simple about simpletire.com!

Ordered a tire that everyone said was discontinued and they had it and it got here in three days! Awesome place will order from here again! Thank you simple tire!
