Tires are great quality as always and showed up two days before delivery date. I ordered the panagonia milstar 265-75-16 for my silverado. They balanced great and feel great! Thank you simple tire.

I had an order placed, which got caught up in an error mixing up the order for me within 5 mins I contacted the support saying, it gave me a confirmation email referring to someone else's name and the tire sizes are incorrect they canceled the order and said I'll get the refund within 24/48 hrs it's been a week and my money hasn't been returned and each time I reached out to them they say it will be 24/48 hr I had to get my tires from somewhere else while my money is being stuck with them

I received 2 new Goodyear tires and had them mounted the next day. The installers told me after installing them that they were 7 years old! After 6 years you want to start looking for new tires because even if the tread is good, the rubber becomes weak like an old rubberband. I notified Simpletire which replied they would give me 50% off the tires or I could return them. If I keep them I will be shopping for tires very soon. If I return them I am out $50 to mount them, money to dismount them and another $50 to mount a new set. These tires are going on my 16 year old daughters car. They would rather make money on old tires and risk the safety of the buyers family than to just shred the old tires. They told me they have no way to check the dates. I am not stupid. Anybody pulling a tire off the shelf can look at the date whether it is Simpletire or a supplier. I will NEVER again buy from these clowns!

Trainers fir this company are LIARS and are full of it. I know this first hand. The company is alright but again the trainers are lacking in honesty and patients. In other words they SUCK! And I hope they see this too. And don't even deserve the one star I gave them!

I had purchased 4 sets of tires from this company Simple Tires, I had also purchased Road Hazard warranty. Few months later after purchasing the tires one of the tires walls blew out. I called them and had a nightmare experience with them. I was bounced around when I called them, nobody was willing to take the responsibility of solving my issues... Total Nightmare. Finally a lady was very helpful and helped me file a claim. They sent me a Replacement tire since it was not repairable. I received the tire on May 16th of 2021. Last week Oct. 28th 2021 I had the same tire blown out and guess what... the "WALL" it blew out. I have been calling them since and again NO ONE is willing to help me and bouncing me around to different department. It is really frustrating dealing with them. I even wrote an email and till now no response from their end. Reguest all the buyers BE CAREFUL. Their Road Hazard Warranty SUCKS!

Ironically, I discovered Simple Tires via Consumer Reports recommendations. I ordered four tires using the make & model recommendations on their online app that costs me $700 in Early August, and stored them in my basement until the end of October. When my Mechanic examined them, he said they were to small. I called customer service, and told them that their app incorrectly specified the wrong size, they initially said if I was sent the wrong size tires they would honor an exchange, but when the sizes matched on the invoice matched tires they incorrectly recommended, they refused to exchange or refund the tires, says my money is lost, but they would be happy to sell me another set. Terrible, brand new tires never used

My first and last experience with Simple Tire. I ordered 4 tires for my Audi Q5 the representative i spoke with was very knowledgeable and polite. I received notice that the tires were sent and go ahead and make my installation appointment. Appointment was schedule and when they looked at the tires they had sent the wrong tire. Tires sent back and orderd again, once again wrong tire sents. Ordered again 1 tire sent. Repeated calls to Simpletire and I cancelled the order.

9/10 ordered 6 tires. 4 were returned / refused for delivery as wrong size. After a total of 8 phone calls and 2 months time they haven't refunded my 573.51
DO NOT deal with these thieves.

The tire shop did a great job mounting the tires, got me in and out in 30 minutes. It took Simplytires 2 hours to email the bill to the tire shop so I could leave. I was on hold waiting to talk to someone for over an hour. Customer service sucks Good tire price

I purchased 4 Blizzak tires for my SUV. I was very happy with the service. The website was very easy to use and the tires were delivered as promised. I received them in just two days. I give a 5 star review because it was a perfect experience and product was great. This is my 2nd time using them. Thank you for the great service.

Comparable prices to other online place, thought it would be better with the "$100" off installation and other % off things they show initially. But the install prices are jacked up before the discount. I called the store I wanted to do and install and they said if I bring in new tires or have them delivered they charge $25 a tire. Simple tire lists normally $35 but $26 through them, and then no $100 applied discount. Then nothing stacks so if the tire has any discount from listed price (higher than other sites) then if they have a different promotion then you have to pick, which makes them about the same price. I didn't like all their fake deals, so I went to a different site.

Looked up my tire size and was browsing what I thought were my options. Didn't notice that an incorrect tire was included in the results until they arrived at my house and we're obviously the wrong size. I contact them for their "HASSLE FREE RETURNS" in their website and find out thats not the case... Their return policy is ONLY hassle free if you exchange. Otherwise pay a $15 PER TIRE restocking fee. That's 25% per tire on my $60 tires!
I did business with them once.
Will not repeat.
Rather pay a few $$ more upfront and deal with someone who's going to be upfront and honest.

It's easy to look for the tires you want, also they have the description of each tire you see, so you can know exactly what are those tires specifically for. Tires will also get where you need them in less than a week, maybe 3 days... depending where they are...

I first went with this company because I needed new tires for my car asap and paid more for the service they said they provide with a team they work with to install my tires as well. A process that should of taken a few days has taken way longer. First I went with the recommendation on the website for tire size and paid for them to be installed at a nearby place that partners with them. Setup the appt but when arrived the place didn't know I was coming was completely lost and they were nice enough to work with me until my tires came which were there at the time of appt. They arrived later in the day were I was told they weren't the right size which I had to leave my car there until I sent those back and got new tires. After a long second week got my tires there after calling around and ppl telling me no one picked up the old tires and the new ones weren't there but the tracking said it was. It was very much bad communication all around. Frustrated, I got my care fixed with new tires but crazy enough I found out later the tire place didn't put the caps to the air on but just one and I was so over calling them I just bought more and put them on myself. Then I later had to deal with getting my refund for the other tires which I dealt with another 2-3 weeks. And currently am told I got a refund sent to me only to find there was a charge to send them back when I was told that if you replace the tires with a new order there wouldn't be one. Soooo not worth it and will never deal with this company again. If you decide to just be aware and stay on top of everything. Hope this helps someone.

I purchased tires before from Online Tires. So I went there to purchase 4 trailer tires. After 4 days with no information on delivery, I went to Simple tire website and saw the tires I needed for my trailer. I called the sales department and they confirmed they had the tires in stock. I canceled the Online tire order and purchased the tires from Simple tire. In 2 days they were at my door. Great prices and good service

SimpleTire is a total waste of time. I got lured by their pretty website and competitive prices and ordered tires because they promised 1 day/3 day delivery. Their delivery partner Fedex promised a day and I made appointments with mobile installers. And thats when the fun began. SimpleTire is not paying Fedex enough so they can guarantee a 1 day/3 day delivery. The tires were left in a warehouse and Fedex kept promising same day delivery for next 3 days wasting my time. I contacted SimpleTire customer service and instead of checking up on FedEx for me they kept pointing me saying it will be delivered. After a week, no tires were delivered. I asked for a refund and they said the tires has to reach their warehouse and then only refund. The customer service is in 3rd world country and they respond middle of the night. It is a $#*!ty con business. I am happy I never got the tires because now I am thinking as $#*!ty these people are, they might be selling gray market products

I ordered 2 special 235 80r16 e rated 10 ply tire for trailer, never heard acknowledgeent of order and just getting message of pickup not to be here til 7 days after ordering... I order from here for the speed but that was not shown here... wicked I learned from this
