I have tested this platform for 1 year and that work correctly and great. In all section this work without any problem

Online support is very good. Person on the help desk reply messages very fast and with a good manner.

First two, three transactions with simple swap were fast. Fourth transaction of swapping LINK to XTZ is still in progress after over 20 hours.
"Simple Swap" support can't provide time line of when XTZ going to be send to the customer. After conversation with Simple Swap support conclusion is:
- Simple swap does not have influence on when exchange will send coins. Currently waiting time is over 20 hours and still pending.
- Simple swap not inform clients about potential issues or delays related to coin swap
- Simple swap provide information that exchange stuck at payout stage, wallet maintenance and the issue is not with simple swap but with exchange - what is very unprofessional.

After approximately 40 hours transaction was completed. Strong point is defienitly support, replied instantly. Weak. Points is defienitly waiting time.

I entered the wrong address to send my MATIC to and Simpleswap helped me fix it within a couple of hours. Really appreciate the customer support!

Every time I use simplewap.io the experience is good, usually transactions are finished in a couple minutes and if an error occurs, someone will be there straight away to assist you. My favorite way to swap crypto!

Simpleswap is SUPERIOR to the other DEX's I have traded through over the past months. The MAIN reason for this positive feedback is the REAL PERSON online chat help they provide ~24/7. These guys fought for me on MORE than 1 occasion. They tried to help me after major theta issue Simple swap support was great and THETA was terrible. In cases they even can and have reversed or adjusted a misguided swap caused by error from either party (including user). While low fee and high speed are good, integrity from real people customer service is great.

My first exchange on this platform was perfect, so I've decided to trade again, my second exchange was MATIC - THETA somehow I've missed the warning and sent coins via the wrong network. I got really scared and thought that my coins are lost, but I've contacted the support via live chat. It took less than an hour to resolve my issue, I am so happy, thank you, guys.

I have maded various exchnages through SimpleSwap and never got any problem. The platform is fast and easy to use. They have a large list of coins with a good rate. If i have any doubt i contact their support team. David always helps me with my questions. High quality service.

Accidentally, I didn't notice that a memo was required to send to simple swap. Happily, their support resolved my issue quickly and sent me Dai tokens on time. Great job!

Today, Brad from their online chat help went up and beyond for me. As a new person to crypto I forgot the tag when transferring. Brad guided me to the transaction, found the mistake and refunded my crypto. Wow! I was not expecting that!

Simpleswap Rocks!

So I tried my hand at swapping XRP for SOL. It worked partially because I did not know what I was doing (new to this whole crypto world). Due to my own fault I sent 650 XRP into cyberspace. I contacted customer care not expecting any meaningfull response or assistance. Boy was I pleasantly surprised by the nearly immediate response and assistance. Before the day was over the 650 XRP was traced and returned to my wallet. I will again try to swap coins using SimpleSwap knowing that if there is a hitch they will come to my rescue. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but good after care service must be commended!

I was transferring BNB from my wallet and swapping it for LTC. When the transaction was completed my BNB was gone but the LTC had not arrived in my wallet. I had a brief electrical outage which may have caused this. I contacted Simple Swap and David did an excellent job of finding the problem and gave me two options 1) return the coins to me or complete the original transaction and I chose the latter. It took a couple hours but David kept me Informed and my LTC ended in my wallet. Thank you David very much.

I was surprised by how their team is working. I had an unsuccessful swap due to the market fluctuation. As anybody knows time is very important in trades. I contacted the support team and decided to complete via the new rate. During the 5 minutes, my swap was finished. Honesty, I loved this service, they help me earn money :)
